It's not to bad for the price you pay for it, if you want to go to sierra nevada is good place as it's next to the road so you don't need to go in the city, This was my second visit and if I planing to go again to Sierra Nevada moast probably going to stay at this place.

I have to give this hotel a terrible rating because of the fact that 3 days prior to arrival they phoned me to say the hotel is over booked on our last night and they will have to move us to their sister property. The sister property is in central Granada but parking was twice the price and there is no spa or pool facilities which is the reason we booked this hotel in the first place. We also chose the location as we wanted to be as close to the ski resort as possible so location was important. We booked this hotel back in October so obviously other people have booked after us and because the hotel prefers their booking over ours maybe because they are paying more or staying longer, we are getting told to move! I cancelled the reservation and booked with a completely different hotel in the end. This is just greed and bad management.

Was a short stay, nice 4 stars hotel, clean and comfortable with helpful receptionist, room was good and clean, buffet breakfast was tasty, you need car to enjoy your stay in Grenada but be careful that lots of places is forbidden to enter by car and not easy to find parking, palace has to be booked few days in advance. Over all I enjoyed my stay and it was value for money based on my stay September 2015.

Building is beautiful and modern. Sadly, nothing to do or see in the surroundings. No amenities in the hotel. Good enough for one night sleep and continue your journey. Food service needs improvement.

The hotel is far away from the old centre. The rooms are dirty with awful bathrooms and poor amenities. The breakfast area is cute but the food is awful. The swimming pool area is very small with few sunbeds and most of the guests use their own towels to sunbathe ,so the place getsreally crowded.Beds are so uncomfortable that our back was in pain for a week after. The spa is small, smells badly and overpriced. In conclusion search for another hotel
