We loved this unique boutique style hotel with amazing views of the Alhambra. We were in the budget room which did not have a window view( just a small window with a grill) but it was very adequate, clean and a bathroom/en-suite ( towels )the wardrobe was a very decent size accommodate the suitcases, the bed was very comfortable and bedding a good quality. Breakfast is buffet style various cereal,breads/jams,meats,fresh bread daily,tea/coffee etc, fruit.served in dining room with views over the Alhambra. Tea/coffee is help yourself anytime in the kitchen area. The use of the kitchen during the day is available also fridge to store that bottle of wine. There is a balcony and a patio area with sun loungers and table and chairs plus a plunge pool! All very private and again overlooking the Alhambra. There is a lovely comfy seat area with board games/books to chill. The hotel has lovely little quirky touches in its decor which is unique. The staff are very special too,Fabio and Venesa were so helpful with booking events and advising us the best route to take all done with patience and a smile . If you have heavy suitcase you definitely need to use the hotel transport from the airport as the hotel is hard to find and high up,we spent 2 hours trying to find it!,however if travelling light the airport transfer bus is really good at 3€ We walked up and down every day to the Center it was not the easiest of walks( especially women of a certain age) but by doing the walk we discovered little squares with cafes, churches, shops, galleries etc, there are small buses that run up and down all day for a couple of euros, but if you don’t walk you will miss the little hidden gems! On Venesa recommendation we used the tour train which was quaint and went to more places than the actual tour bus,as it could get up and down the narrow streets that house the best part of Granada . Absolutely loved this little hotel with a big hear and would definitely stay again, the hotel made the visit just as special as Granada itself. .

If you want to enjoy the view of the attached, don't miss the room No.3 with the private terrace ! Here is the best "Alhambra Palace" viewing spot all day long ! There's no choice except here.

Simple and unpretentious, yet with captivating views of the Alhambra and charming guest-oriented service from Vanesa. Perfectly located in the Albayzin for walking to all attractions but definitely use the transfer minivan service in and out which is a twisty thrill ride in itself. We loved the tower room with its own awesome terrace and knockout view, but found the bed too saggy for comfort. A great option overall in a very special town.

Loved this hotel! It's in the charming old part of the city with winding passageways. The view of the Alhambra from the veranda is unbeatable. I believe three of the rooms have windows with Alhambra views. We stayed in the one without it to save money, but it was fine as we could access the veranda at any times. Breakfast is a good buffet. The staff is wonderful. Vanesa in particular was extremely helpful for all of our questions and needs. To get to the Alhambra from here, you just need to walk a few minutes to a bus stop that will get you to the site in about 30 minutes. Nearly door-to-door service! I would honestly go to Granada again just to stay in this place.

Our first impression of this hotel was amazing. The staff was wonderful and accommodating, very helpful in letting us know all that Granada had to offer (especially in a non-touristy way). We stayed in the tower room and the view of the Alhambra was phenomenal - best view in the city. We wanted to love this hotel but unfortunately on our second day, we started to notice a major issue. We began finding silverfish in our bed. Not one, not two, but an overall count of 17... we tried to get them all out and sleep but were woken up in the middle of the night getting crawled on. We were unable to sleep from 3:30am until we left. We would have left earlier but our car was parked in their private lot so we had to wait until the driver came for our 8:30 appointment to be dropped off there. Except that the driver didn’t show up at 8:30 like we scheduled. They came a little after 9am. It’s a good thing we didn’t need to get to an airport or have an appointment because we would have been late. When we told them that we were unable to sleep and showed them photos of the silverfish, they just made a note and said “ew”... but didn’t make up for it at all. In fact, after that she said “well you’ve paid so you don’t owe anything and you’re all set to go.” I hope these issues are fixed because this could really be an amazing space.
