A good simple hotel to stray in the center of Granada. The hotel is simple but clean with a friendly staff. The rooms are also simple, and our bathroom was a bit small, but the mattress was really good for sleeping. The only downside is that the street can be a bit noisy.
The hostel is conveniently located. It's near the city centre, the popular Albayzin neighbourhood, the cathedral, the train station, and the like. It's in a nice area with many cafeterias and shops. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff was extreme nice and they paid attention to every single request with a smile. Unfortunately, we where allocated a very noisy room. Please, avoid the rooms over the main avenue or the side street: they are very noisy because of the local traffic (never stops) and the many guys who pass by.
If you want a reasonable hotel right downtown on Gran Via that is comfortable clean and friendly, come here. Our bedroom is not huge but it is nice and the bed is very comfortable. The staff is lovely. Breakfast is across the street but so what. We are right on the street but cannot hear any noise.
This is the second day of our holiday and we are leaving one day early. The drilling started at 8:30 in the morning right next to our room so i went to reception and the girl couldnt understand english which for me is strange.2 hours later the drilling did not stop and the girl at reception didnt even have the decency to inform me that A.nothing would be done B.change the room to the front of the hotel. A disgusting way to run a buisness.i will never return to this dump and have booked another hotel.IF YOU WANT TO ENJOY YOUR HOLIDAY DONT STAY HERE! ... " sin educación"
This hotel was located at a walking distance to the Cathedral, la Torre del Oro and other nice places, although the narrow and curved streets makes it confusing and challenging not to get a little lost.... The room wasn't huge but it was very clean and its private bathroom. The whole place was cozy and the staff was very very friendly and accommodating, specially Macarena! No elevator though....
