Highly recommended, clean, modern hotel, with great staff and an excellent central location. By booking direct, the tasty breakfast was included too, which was an added bonus. As we were travelling with our young son, we had a triple room, which although internally facing, was quiet, spacious and had the benefit of two bathrooms. Perfect. We would definitely book again if we return to Granada.

Stayed here for a few nights whilst visiting the wonderful Alhambra. This hotel is first class. Excellent rooms, clean as a whistle. Lovely beds and showers. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. A young lady on reception (Alicia I think) was a credit to the hotel. Sorted my tickets for the Palace. If you have a car you cam park in the main underground car park at Puerta Real where the hotel has an arrangement or if you are clever and can find the hotel parking they have their own garage parking. A very good mid budget hotel which I can recommend. Heart of the city and a great little place next door called Mercado Central for drinks and seafood and of course a free tapas with every drink. First class.

The location was right in the center with walking distance to all major attractions. You have a direct bus to the TOP of the Alhambra from just a couple of minutes away. Rest all the places are within walkable distances. Parking is available at the public Puerta Real Parking with discounts for the guests. The rooms were spacious with the bed very comfortable. The amenities provided were also good. The wardrobes also are quite spacious. The only draw back was the breakfast. The standard menu. Not much variety. So much so that we would just opt for coffee. Apart from the breakfast, I would definitely give the hotel another stay.

The hotel is centrally located for getting around Granada. This is the third property belonging to the Eurostars chain we have stayed in on this trip and we have been very satisfied with their hotels. This hotel is modern and functional in design. The beds, pillows and linen are excellent and of a high standard. The breakfast buffet has a wide selection of food options on offer. Front desk are helpful and friendly. Public parking as available across the street at an arranged price thru the hotel. Taxis are also just outside the door.

As it was my birthday whilst staying at this modern hotel, we were given a room upgrade facing the square, with a lovely big bathroom. The hotel (including sauna and steam room areas) was very clean, the room spacious with water, and tea and coffee making facilities provided. Very central location with easy access to restaurants and tourist spots, with a taxi rank outside and public transport nearby. The staff were fantastic, extremely professional, helpful, personable, smiley, friendly, caring and paid a lot of attention to detail. Nothing was ever too much trouble (even brought out a little birthday cake with a candle on at breakfast), the quality of breakfast was good and they catered well re: dietary requirements.
