We chose this hotel as it had a room offer which included parking which was worth it. Upon arriving the receptionist told me I’d booked twice, it was very confusing and was very stressful to explain I hadn’t. Eventually the receptionist offered to cancel one of the bookings with no charge but this experience didn’t set the stay off in the most positive way. The hotel lobby is very traditional for the Granada area with a nice bar open most of the day and night which we really liked. The pool area looked amazing and we was so excited to get in until we was told it was closed for the season, this had not been advertised when booking and we may have chosen somewhere else as we wanted a pool. The hotel was very quiet due to the current situation and we was disappointed with our room stuck in the corner with no views. The room was quite basic with no cups even though it had a mini bar, and an nespresso machine with no pods. The location was very handy to walk into town and only took 10 minutes. If it was in summer with the pool open we may consider staying if back in the area but without this I wouldn’t be rushing to go back unfortunately. …
The pool area is great with plenty of sunbeds and an outside bar. Rooms are clean and spacious with great aircon. You have to pay for parking but it is secure. The reception team were very slow, we waited for 40 minutes to get checked in which was annoying. Apart from that we enjoyed our stay.
This hotel has some superb features, the car park is secure and good value being included in most stays. The pool is excellent with a lovely little bar (lots of shaded sun loungers if you prefer). However the rest of the hotel is lacking somewhat. We had a superior room which was decorated beautifully, but the room had no glasses (even though there was a mini bar?) the coffee pod machine had no coffee... We decided not to pay for breakfast because we found two or three lovely little local cafes within a 5 minute walk for a more atmospheric start to the day! The reception staff were bordering on rude and certainly not welcoming. All in all a little disappointing. For info... It’s about a 20-25 minute walk into plaza neuva.
The hotel is a good option for Granada. Just 15 minutes walking to the center, near Palacio de Congresos. Nice rooms, good atmosphere, air conditioned and swimming pool. Breakfast is not worthy but there are some cafeterias and one churreria nearby. Friendly staff and good price.
Great Hotel, with good pre booked parking rates. The hotel was very clean and the beds were comfortable. About a 15 minute pleasant walk to the center. Check in took about 20 minutes. Everyone was friendly and helpful.
