We booked the basic double or twin, but upon arrival we chose to stay in a room facing the interior courtyard for “quiet”. (No extra charge). (If u chose exterior/street facing, you have the bar noise & several are at your doorstep). There are 2 sets of windows that opened all the way & there was enough space in the interior courtyard to allow cool breezes into the room. This was room 105. The ac was individually controlled-the type of unit mounted in each room that YOU can control & was very good! & you CAN use it in feb!!! It would get very cold for good sleep! The location is PERFECT!! & price is also good!! There was an Irish pub directly across the small side street that was fabulous. They even had a lobby room off of reception that was private with sofas, tv, tables, etc
Good hotel in the city center. The room was clean, it has everything you need, cleaned every day. The bathroom is large and clean also. The staff is friendly, they gave me a map of the city, on the last day I was allowed to leave my luggage. The room has a comfortable bed, it is such a pleasure to stretch out after walking along the streets of Granada. Perfect location - the Cathedral is just across the street. Nearby there is a bus stop where you can catch a bus to the bus station (number 33) or to the airport (special shuttle). Right under the windows of the hotel there are several excellent tapas bars, lot of them in the neighboring streets. I was lucky, my windows overlooked the courtyard, maybe otherwise it might be noisy in the evening. You can walk to the Alhambra in 10-15 minutes, the Albasin district is just five minutes from the hotel. I would love to come to this hotel again.…
We had a stop over in Granada to visit Al Hambra and chose to stay in this hotel. If i had a choice i would have stayed longer in this hotel, that's how comfortable it was, my son declared it his favorite in this 15 day trip across Spain.i specifically love their "ante" room, which served us really well with our many luggages, dirty shoes and stuff. The location is also perfect, just right outside is a strip of restaurants, pubs and the best stores of trinkets and souvenir items.
Stayed here for 2 nights while in Granada and it was not good and was not bad. It has good location near to Granda's center (Plaza Nueva) and has good deals on breakfast. The rooms were no frills, beds were comfortable, bathroom serviceable and had all applicable amenities for a 3/4 star hotel. You really pay for the location for this hotel. Couple of notes for travellers: 1. Choose the rooms with windows looking into the hotel lobby, the hotel is near a couple of bars and only goes up till the 4th floor I believe so you will get the bar noise regardless. Either bring earplugs or I hope you aren't a light sleeper. 2. The waitstaff for breakfast needs to be increased, there was only one person there on a Saturday breakfast and a lot of tables weren't kept and the cooked buffet (i.e. eggs and bacon) took a long time to arrive.…
This hotel is located in a strategic point of Granada, close to all main attractions and in few steps from the main street where you can find everything, from shops, restaurants, banks, pharmacies, etc. The structure is somehow a little bit outdated, but kept clean and tidy in every corner. The personnel is always smiling and ready to satisfy your needs. The only problem I had was to reach the parking Sant Augustin which has an agreement with the hotel, if you do not pay attention the GPS will make you crazy and you will drive in turn forever. Do not forget to ask to reception to provide your licence plate to police, as the hotel and parking are in restricted traffic area and if you fail to do it, you will collect a long list of tickets!. The breakfast is at buffet, continental style and all ingredients are fresh of the day.…
