We stayed this January for 5 nights. We only had hot water in the apartment for one day during the full 5 days stay. As all the apartments were occupied the only alternative given by the management was to use the shower in the staff room. This shower was in the middle of the courtyard, without central heating and very small and uncomfortable. When we returned to England we got in contact with them to get a refund for a minimum of three nights but very surprising for us they start lying and providing fault information to not compensate us. Do not trust them. If you have a problem get in contact with the booking provider immediately or ask them to put everything in writing before you check out. Not professional management and definitely not skills of how to deal with clients.

We loved this place.Stayed there for 2 nights. The interiors are very well decorated, we had our small living room right there, a bottle of wine and a small balcony. It was pretty charm. Quiet at night. You have all the amenities of a 5 start hotel. it has a small elevator and we had our room on the 2nd floor. The lady helped us find the place over the phone, as it is located on a small side street and staff was very helpful all the time. They leave at night so be sure not to miss your code. You can have coffee, beer and other things right there, at an extra cost, check their hours. Great location also, near El Corte Ingles, and very close to Plaza Mariana Pineda, where you can go for breakfast very early in the morning, and walking distance to where all the bustle is. It can be hard to find on a GPS, but taxi drivers usually know where it is. We just had an issue with our car, which was quite large, and had to park it like 5 blocks away at an extra 15 Euros per night. Never used it again during our stay in Granada. I really recommend you visit this side of Spain on foot, not much luggage, and rely on public transportation. If a car is a must take a small one.

The apartment was amazing, simply and nicely decorated, clean and spacious, we 2 adults and 2 kids comfortably fitted in, Ali’s location was good in safe neighborhood close to a shopping center and car parking. Check in and key collection was very smooth as every thing done by WhatsApp and they send us the building and apartment door code by WhatsApp too. The apartment was equipped with all necessary things (coffee machine, cooker, kitchen wares, iron, etc). The complimentary small wine bottle was great pulse too, as it shows how the host care for guests. Thumb up Palacio Almagra, highly recommended. The only things that I would mentioned without affecting my rate is that a better mattress for the sofa bed would make it perfect, and also some fresh options for breakfast.

We had the superior attic studio and had a fantastic time. We absolutely loved the design of it, every corner has a loved detail, and decorative object, its all new and quaint. We had a tiny kitchenette and a terrasse with table and chairs. It could be quite hot in summer, but we were in March. There is aircondition in the room. We were lucky to only have neighbours for 1 night with a screaming baby, the walls are very thin, so you might want to bring earplugs. Otherwise its very silent. The hotel is very close to the main shopping street, restaurants and app 20 min to the Alhambra. Parking in Granada is a bit of a problem, so I would not come by car but rather by bus, if you have the choice. The breakfast for 12 Euros is rather plain and no eggs, so we went out and tried different places each day.But the studio also has a fridge and a coffee machine as well as kettle, so one could cater for oneself easily. At check in one gets a code for the doors. The reception is also a tiny cafe with very basic refreshments. The freshly squeezed orange juice was lovely! All in all a very pleasant experience and we would come again!

This place seems to represent a new trend in Spain: a small-scale hotel with individually decorated rooms in a remodelled building. Staff is very kind and efficient - but too few. Decoration is fancy but sometimes not compatible with the functional - one example being the breakfast space at the ground floor which currently cannot house enough people in the morning. This hotel is comparatively pricey - but location (very close to el Corte Ingles in the city center) and room comfortness are factors well justifying the cost.
