A lovely place. Superb location but watch the narrow roads if you drive there 😂. Staff very friendly and helpful (especially Sonia), suite superb. Great comfortable bed and pillows. Walking distance to nearly everywhere in granada and at a brilliant price. Highly recommended
What a great unique boutique accommodation. Everything was perfect from arrival to departure. The staff were fantastic, friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and premium quality fittings. Luxuriously 5 stars for me!
Ideally situated between the tourist zone and old Town. The quality of our room (001) was exceptional for the price. The staff were extremely helpful and if visiting Granada I genuinely believe you would struggle to find a better hotel for the price
From view on the terrazzo of Alhambra to nicely outfitted apartments I recommend this as a nice place to stay. Right on the Darro river lots close by and short walk to centro area. The staff are very friendly and helpful. If you need anything asked Sonia, she's a super woman!
My sister and I showed up to an AirBnb on January 15, 2020 and everything was broken. The heat (it was freezing) the washing machine was leaking. We desperately went to find something else and just down the street in the wonderful and convenient Albaycin was Oro Del Darro. I walked in and met Sonia at the front desk. She was empathetic to our Airbnb disaster and was exceedingly kind in finding us a room. She told me we would probably have to move one day because they weren’t expecting us and just change rooms but in the end we did not have to. The location is great! They have washing machines and a little kitchen with everything you need to cook. After several days on the road my sister and I were happy to be able to cook pasta in the hotel. There is a tiny tiny little grocery across the street with pasta and fruit. The location is excellent and the design is beautiful. You can walk easily to the Alhambra, explore the Albaycin and Sacrammonte, walk to Plaza Nueva And if you want there are buses that pass that go to several locations all around the city. DO NOT eat at the cafes on the plaza under the Alhambra. They are tourist traps that are extremely expensive with low quality food. Go down towards the plaza Nueva. And remember, you are going to be on a busy street in a busy neighborhood so play some white noise or bring some earplugs because you’re going to be in a city with lots of people walking around, cars driving by. We loved our stay. …
