We stayed here for 10 nights and enjoyed most of the hotel. Most of the staff were really good and the entire hotel is very clean but a little bit tired. We stayed in August 2016 and were told that the hotel was having a refit in the winter. If that has happened i would have no hesitation in going...

It was a really good holiday would of made it better if someone actually spoke English! I understand I am in Spain but not even the staff spoke English and there was no other visitors who spoke english. The reception staff was rude! I would recommend going to torremolinos but not to this hotel if you speak English

Having stayed in many hotel's and apartments in Torremolinos this has to be the one that disappointed me the most. Upon arrival at the hotel we were advised that there was a problem with our booking and we were to be moved to a sister hotel way out of the resort, but as compensation they would give us full board,...

I was eventually checked into a Junior Suite. The paint was peeling off the wall in the bedroom. There was mould in the bathroom. Dated...

Enjoyed our time at this hotel, staff are nice. Lot of Spanish visit this hotel for the entertainment, not complaining as it was nice to see them up dancing on the dance floor. This hotel is near the shops, pubs and clubs and about 15 mins walk to beach or you can get a free shuttle bus out side of...

When we booked this hotel as part of a package we never expected 5 star from the reviews we had read but certain standards should be met choose where you stay or what you pay. On arrival at the hotel my heart sank, it clearly does need a face lift and severe refurbishment. The female receptionist was very rude and...

Centrally situated near to the station, shops, bars and restaurants. Friendly staff - I have stayed at the Flamingo many, many times over the years. Not 5 star luxury but a good base for a few nights and inexpensive too.
