A very satisfactory stay at a hotel situated in a quiet residential area next to a cemetery about 5 kms from the centre of Bremen. Excellent tram connections (Number 4) nearby. The room was very clean and comfortable, everything you need provided in the bathroom. Excellent shower. Beds were also good. The breakfast at €7 was excellent value, no cooked breakfast but good German breakfast selection - cheeses, meats, jams, boiled eggs, joghurt. Family run hotel, enjoyable atmosphere, would be content to visit it again.

I had to book this at very short notice, as another booking had fallen through. This is a great little hotel on a quiet suburban street. It is a little way out from the city centre but easy to reach on the no. 4 tram. The hotel is clean, tidy with en suite rooms. The rooms are of medium size, even the single my mother had was better than most. The bar is very good, the staff extremely helpful and welcoming. The breakfast is the usual self service continental variety but is good and plentiful. Highly recommended.

This hotel is located in a quiet street. The room was well furnished and very clean. To get the luggage into the room it is recommended to ask for help as there is no lift. The quality of the breakfast is perfect and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

This hotel is really easy to get to by tram but is in a quiet residential street near the Focke Museum. We were a large group but they bent over backwards to help us and were very welcoming. They spoke good English. The rooms were comfortably furnished, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fine without being excessive. We had everything we wanted. Excellent value for money. We would stay again.

The room was dirty and dusty, and after serveral requests they only cleaned a part of it. All of the room was flooded after one shower and the reaction of the hotel crew was to blame us. The hotel staff don't speak English at all. Breakfast is poor, actually the poorest I've ever seen. It was my 4th visit in the Heldt and probably the last, it gets worst from one visit to the next.

Stayed here on an overnight stay in a single room. The staff at reception was cheerful and friendly and check in was easy. All staff I spoke with had good English. Judging by the guys I saw around the hotel it appears to be frequented by work gangs but that's no problem. There is no lift in the hotel, but I was on the first floor so not too many stairs. The room itself was clean, the bed comfortable and the shower hot. The included breakfast was the standard German breads, cold meats, fruit and all was fresh. There was no noise and sleeping was good. There was free parking, however it's on the street out the front and I was lucky to jag a park at the front door. It's a pretty narrow street so if you arrive late parking could be a problem. I'd stay here again.
