    parking for guests- a VW Golf- please?
    Yes. Hotel has its own parking garage. We parked our Toyota Rav4 easily but contact them first to check. Good luck finding hotel!

    We are a family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Can one of your suites accommodate 4 people? We would prefer to all be in one room.

    Hoping you can help me with a few quick questions re Freiburg and your recent stay Hotel Oberkirch How far is the hotel from the main train station ? Suitable for a walk with suitcases? we are fit....... We plan to stay end of April so I read there is no air conditioning should be a problem? Any other tips you can give me re staying in Freiburg or things to do we love walking and exploring.
    Dear Guest, Thank you very much for your request. Gladly we answer your questions. Our Hotel is located directly in the inner city and it is a walk of around 10 to 15 minutes from the main station. There is also a tram connection (2 stations). It is possible to walk to us with the suitcases - we are in fact very easy to find by foot: You just exit through the main entrance of the station and go straight on until you see our hotel on your left side. You mentioned correctly that we do not provide air conditioning in our hotel, however, as many guests prefer those to air conditioning we do provide fans for hot days. But there are not too many hot days expected in April in Freiburg. For some tips about Freiburg we recommend you to subscribe to our quarterly newsletter (by email or post). Aside from that we can recommend you the nearby “Schlossberg” for example. You might also enjoy the cable car “Schauinslandbahn” - it is a 20 minute tram ride from our hotel to get there. You will have many options for your stay as there are also very good train connections to touristic sites such as “Titisee” or “Feldberg” in the black forest.
