Old Castle is an excellent choice for travelers visiting Anda, offering many helpful amenities designed to enhance your stay.
Old Castle offers guests an array of room amenities including air conditioning, and getting online is possible, as free wifi is available.
The guest house offers room service, newspaper, and shops, to make your visit even more pleasant. The property also features a lounge. Guests arriving by vehicle have access to free parking.
While you’re here, be sure to check out some of the Asian restaurants, including Hangover Resto Bar and Casa Amihan, all of which are a short distance from Old Castle.
For 2500 at night doesn’t worth the money: the shower is very weak and I found two beatles in the bathroom. The included breakfast is very poor (1 single egg and 1 piece of bread). The bar is expensive and we didn’t like the dish very much. The beach is nice but a bit crowded and we couldn’t swim as the level of water was low and full of gellyfish. definitely you can find better and cheaper!

Very good and convenient location - - right on Quinale beach. Keep in mind that majority of the beaches in Bohol are rocky but a few gems are scattered round, and Quinale is one of them. It has a long stretch of white sand beach you can swim and laze around in. This area is public and is very well maintained by the locals. That being said you could be staying someplace else and simply drop by Quinale for a dip. Things to remember: when its peak low tide the water recedes so much it can reach to almost 500m (water away from the shoreline); so if you wanna swim then check out the tides first and make sure you drop by during high tide. Alternatively, you can simply laze around the powdery beach and have a drink or two from the bar or a few stalls selling refreshments, and wait for the tide to come in. The property itself is like a big house converted to a B&B. Basic amenities but clean, friendly staff, a tad bit pricey (all im saying is that there are other basic lodgings around at half the price) not much bang for your buck but overall quite alright.…

I went on a trip to Bohol island and happened to stay in Old Castle in Anda, where I met the resort owner Michael and the tourists. I met kind boss and friendly world friends and made pleasant memories. I recommend the Resort to many friends around the world.

We really liked this place! Hotel was different, as it was a Castle and it was straight to the beach. Beach was beautiful and so relaxing. Food and drinks are good, and you can pay whole bill when you check-out. Owner and his whole family was absolutely epic - Kind people and great humor! ;) We spent there four nights and we didn't want to leave back home. We'll definitely come back next year! Thank you so much for your hospitality.

I visited this place mainly for scuba diving. The centre is equipped with very good quality diving gear, the diving instructor was very knowledgable patient and helpful. The Old Castle is such a unique place with an amazing beach front, nice bar and very good food. Thanks Michael and Tom for an unforgettable diving experience. I will definitely return back there one day. Sherif

Lovely and quiet at a beautiful white beach. Great place to relax. It’s a small accomodation (5 rooms), rooms are simple and clean. Airconditioned. Friendly and helpfull staff and great food! Loved the Heineken beer ;-). Great place for divers, all levels. Also scooter rental, which we highly recommend. This all thanks to the owners, Michael and Leah, who are such warm and lovely people, who made us feel at home and helped and guided us in many ways. Thank you guys, we’ll hope you see you next year :-)).
