Friendly, amazing service and good value. They were also extremely accommodating, letting us leave our bags after check out as we walked around Lourdes and helping us get a taxi to the station on an extremely tight schedule.
This is the second time I am visiting this hotel… last time I went alone and this time with my friends, we all had a great experience and extremely satisfied with the rooms and their service… I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel… Très bon accueil… bien satisfait!!!… très propre les chambres… Merci hôtel crois des bretons.. à bientôt!
The hotel staff is so friendly.so welcoming. It is a walking distance to the sanctuary and eglise notre dame de lourdes . 1 min to the street to buy souvenirs and candles Hotel location is perfect in center. I was with my family and they had a blast !
The Sanctuary is not far away, a beautiful chappel inside the hotel, a postal box in the lobby to send the impressions from Lourdes in the old way (I always prefer it instead of the internet way), a pianno in the lobby and you are free to perform after a long day in town and sourrandings, the bar and the restaurant - many reasons to choise this hotel and not other. The people from the reception are smaling and welcome you in a way that you don’t forget. It was my first good impression when the lady from the reception was smaling me in the second that I entered in the lobby. And even if the lobby was quite crowded because the other clients, she looked at me and she told me that she will take care of me immediatly...smiling all the time😊 The rooms are clean and pretty and with nice decorations. I reccommand this hotel for all of you that want to spend unforgettable moments in Lourdes! …
The tiny rooms are unheated until October, despite the weather being cold in September. No one available to fix the toilet for 24 hours! The food is desperately bad. Portions are small, if you can even stomach the lousy quality. Lack of service, staff avoids customers while joking amongst themselves. Noisy, but yes, only 20 minutes walk to the Grotto. Save yourself & book somewhere else with a slightly longer walk.
The food was too little. Good but too little. We had to go out and buy more food. A big no no is the fact that there is no AC in the rooms. The week we were there the temperature in the shade was 40/41/42. Can you immagine a roon without AC? When we complained we were given a 9 inch fan. The rooms are super small and claustrophobic. Nothing like shown in the pictures they advertise. I must commend the cordial and hospitable staff. But I will not go there again.
Sound proof rooms Air conditioning Safe in room Had none of the above room not cleaned properly once the week we stayed housekeeping kept entering the room while we were sleeping and threw away my daughters candle from the procession
Excellent receptionists working at this hotel. Very friendly and helpfull. Kimberley at the desk always with a big smile on her face and a bubbly personality. The male hotel manager was also very helpful in explaining the best route to get to Bilbao. Both spoke English and Spanish fluently. Hotel location is excellent; close to the sanctuary and grotto (5 minute walk). Plenty of restaurants to choose from close to the hotel. Rooms are clean and average standard. Basic but clean. TV had no English channels however we did not go to Lourdes to watch TV! Will be staying again!
The hotel was less than a ten minutes walk from the Grotto, with many shops and restaurants nearby. The staffs were extremely nice and helpful. The room was spacious, clean, but dated. The room lighting was a bit dark and the breakfast was passable
Nice clean Hotel ideally situated close to the sanctuary and sties. Perfect for a couple of days stay. Plenty of restaurants and cafes in the area although the hotel offers HB or FB where the food and service is good.
