3 min walking from the sanctuary, very well located. Great services, it has a restaurant with delicious food and staff is lovely.
Rooms are well sized, the one we stayed in was for 4 people, there was a bath with a shower plus another shower separately. We enjoyed our staying a lot!

I booked this hotel for my parents who were vacationing at Lourdes. The hotel was very responsive, helpful, and accommodating when I called and emailed with questions regarding my booking. Special thank you to Veronique and Sophea who were very kind and helpful in answering my questions promptly. I emailed asking if they could include a special note that said Happy Mother’s Day in my parents room, and not only did they design a note, but they also left macarons as a special treat in their room as well. The hotel is also a perfect location just two minutes away from all the sanctuaries and near many restaurants, including a Filipino restaurant. So satisfied with this booking and thankful to the staff for the wonderful service! Thank you!

People are friendly and welcoming, site is beautiful and very clean. I would come back to Nautilus! Bikes available to use, can see the water from my room, air feels amazing. Next time will stay longer than three days.

Stayed 3 days at the Panorama hotel early April 2022 with my 85-yr old mom.
The hotel is very clean. Elevator works very well and is spacious for an elevator in France. Our room was located on the 6th floor and we could see the Basilica from our room as well as some of the stops of the Way of the Cross.
Front desk staff is friendly, speaks many languages. I requested a driver to pick us up from the airport, the hotel coordinated the driver and he was very courteous.

Location, location, location. I like this hotel simply because of its proximity to the St. Joseph gate, you could even see the hotel from the entrance. We actually got a view of the sanctuary entrance from our room (620). Due to its location, there are lots of nearby restaurants and souvenir shops within the vicinity. Do note that we got 10% discount coupons on some affiliated restaurants and shops. The L5 bus stop is just by the sanctuary entrance, if you need to get around the city or to the train station.
The Wifi was quick and reliable. Room was clean and comfortable, with air conditioning. Oh and I love the staff, they were very pleasant and helpful. We would book this again next time we visit Lourdes.

The hotel room was very clean. The staff were very helpful. The Cathedral gate is a 2min walk from the hotel. Plenty of restaurants with in walking distance.
As of May 2024 Taxi from the train station is between €10-15.

Reserved for April 2020 for one night and this hotel was the only organization out of over 20 hotels, airlines, car rentals and train lines who kept our deposit during the pandemic. I understand that the pandemic was hard on everyone, but they were the only organization who did that. You decide

Good hotel, good room, but they had not a single information about trains in Lourdes , as a traveller may expect to receive from a 4star hotel reception.
After I had to go to the station in person, they wanted my support to know about trains . It is ridiculous . Carpets around and in the room are stained and dirty. In January all bars and brasseries around were CLOSED. So, vending machines or complimentary tea/coffee machines should be offered . Outside the bar/brasseries situation was a DESERT .

We arrived in Lourdes where we have visited before but not stayed in Hotel Panorama before. The was welcome by staff was very warm and friendly. Information was given about hotel amenities and meal times. We were given our room key and meal card then off to room.
The room was very clean and fresh as described on the website. We looked out of the room windows and the view overlooked towards the sanctuary and wow the view was fantastic, looking towards St Joseph's gate and the bell tower of the Immaculate Conception basilica.
We were breakfast included only and the food choice was great. The lady who was in the restaurant was very helpful and friendly. Thank you for a wonderfu stay while in Lourdes.

Walkable to the basilica. great location. lots of food options in walkable distance. modern furniture in the room, very clean and modern. great staff and facility.

As far as I recall it is wheelchair friendly.
Hello, Yes until 1st of April, otherwise we have a car park on site. The charge is 15€ per day.
