Simple, but it has everything you need, it's clean, the staff is friendly and dogs are welcome for a small extra charge of 5 euros, there's also a garage where you can park your car for a fair 15 euros - you don't find that everywhere in Paris... The location is also practical, not far from the Péripherique if you arrive by car and similarly close to the Gare de l'Est or Gare du Nord if you take the train. Above all, the bed is comfortable and the rooms at the back are actually quite quiet.

Although this is a budget hotel I found very little to complain about during our three night stay in May 2024.
Although not right in the heart of the city, there are two Metro stations a five minute walk in either direction. Gare du Nord is only two stops away on the 5 line so this is a decent option if arriving via Eurostar.
The staff we encountered were all very polite and friendly. Breakfast, served in a room on the first floor was more than adequate, with a decent selection available. Although the room does get busy at peak times. (8-9)
The room itself was basic, no kettle provided. And the temperature fans were basically ineffective so may not be the best place to stay during the height of summer. However, in early May, we had no problems getting a decent nights sleep. The shower does open directly into the bedroom and the toilet is a separate cubicle. The towels provided were thin, but were changed every day.
The local area was quite lively, but a nearby canal and park made the area quite pleasant for walks in the morning.
All in all, we had a pleasant and enjoyable stay and found the hotel very good if travelling on a budget.

Very good experience! The hotel is well located, close to metro stations, bus stops and right next door there is a large market and cafes…. Going by train to the main tourist attractions doesn't take that long!… Furthermore, they have a reasonable breakfast and their team is very friendly….
NEGATIVE POINT: the room is small and does not have closets, a minibar or a safe (to store documents). Furthermore, the bathroom sink is outside... the toilet is separate from the shower area, it is not all in one room only…. There is no air conditioning either 🥲… Overall the hotel is good! We didn't pay too much and we got something very good!

The hotel was adequate, considering it is a budget option. It resembles more of a student dormitory than a traditional hotel. We chose it because it was both the cheapest and closest option to Adidas Arena, which was the sole reason for our visit to Paris.
The rooms were small but clean. They included a sink in the room, with separate rooms for the toilet and shower. Entering these rooms felt like stepping into a luxurious train bathroom. The shower area was spotless and provided with a bottle of shampoo/shower gel, towels, and toilet paper. The toilet was clean but had a slight odor.
The bed was comfortable, ensuring a decent night’s sleep. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating.
If you need a hairdryer, clothing iron, or other amenities, you can request them from reception for a 20€ deposit or by leaving your ID, which is returned once you bring back the item.
The location is convenient for events at Adidas Arena, but not ideal for exploring other parts of Paris.
Took the pictures and videos before checking out but I promise the room was very clean when we first checked in :)

I strongly advise against this hotel. The worst thing is the lack of professionalism, kindness and helpfulness of the staff. Saying they are rude is a compliment. The rooms are small but in the ibis style. Towels are a rare commodity. despite there being three paying people in the room during our entire stay we always had to ask for an extra towel. You have to ask at reception every evening because they don't provide more than two towels. On principle! The cleaning is very questionable. Stained sheets. They don't sweep, they never make the third bed, they don't put toilet paper and we were even left without soap. The location is convenient to the Metro but the line is very uncomfortable and the exit consists of three very steep ramps (if you have a stroller, change exits). The area at night is full of homeless people. The breakfast was plentiful but of poor quality. If you then need a hairdryer you have to pay for it but above all it's incredible for me that you only have to keep it for an hour. So if you want to wash your hair in the morning you first have to get dressed, go down, get the hairdryer then hurry up and take it back to the usual friendly people at the reception. There is parking under the hotel which costs €10 per day. Next to the hotel you can find a supermarket.

I stayed one night in this hotel because I went to a concert at the zenith of paris and the hotel is near the room The rooms are small but functional with all the comforts expected The ground floor and the lunch room are super functional with chairs from the corner tables rather cozy and a very nice general presentation a bar and a possibility to eat in the evening especially after concerts which is convenient Breakfast served is good and simple there is sacred and some salt but it is enough The staff is courteous and professional The hotel is close to the metro network The price is normal for the neighborhood where they are located I recommend it.

Terrible room, no closet, no safe, no refrigerator. It is not possible to take a bath properly because the water, in addition to having no pressure, is either extremely hot or completely freezing. The washbasin is inside the room, access to the bathtub is directly from the room and there is no privacy, likewise the toilet, just divided by a door (open at the top and bottom) between it and the bed. Very small room indeed. They say check-out is at 12pm, however, at 11:30am the cleaning staff enter the room with the guests still in the room, and they argue loudly among themselves in the corridors. The breakfast is good and varied and it is next to a supermarket and very close to the metro.

Dirty and excessively small room. In the room there is a sink for washing and the toilet is inside a mini door which is not so small even in campers! The bathroom in the room is something else entirely! The bunk bed where my son would have slept was given to us completely unmade. The towels used for showering were never changed. After the first night my 8 year old son woke up with a mite rash on his arms. Negative experience. Never again.

We've often stayed in IBIS budget hotels, we know what to expect and have found them to be good value. This was was convenient for the Gare du Nord. Our room was fine, in accordance with the description on the website, but with one notable exception, no aircon. We arrived in late October on a warm day. There was an air con controller in our room but it didn't work. When we raised this with reception we were informed that air con is only made available in warmer months. In other words, October is autumn, and the air con is switched off. Our room had an opening window but it was facing a very noisy road. We did not have a comfortable night's rest. We won't stay here again.

Hotel ok for one night, well located, close to the subway, a small supermarket right next door, quiet room (we overlooked the courtyard), comfortable mattress, full breakfast, large dining room, very friendly staff. On the other hand the bathroom is directly in the bedroom, no partition wall, no door. The floor of the room is flooded with each shower. Level cleaned on the linen it's okay, but the rooms would need a deep cleaning (stains and projections on the walls, dirty power outlets, ventilation filled with dust), and very strong smell of dust in the corridors, the carpet would need a good cleaning.

You would need to ask the hotel and I'm sure they will be happy to help if at all possible as they do try to accommodate their guests wherever they can.
