Newly renovated hotel with great amenities and service in a great, safe neighborhood off a relatively quiet street. The elevator is big enough for guests and luggage.
The room was thoughtfully designed with power switches and usb and c chargers on each side. The window had blackout curtains and opened up to a quiet courtyard. The beds and bedding were comfortable. The bathroom was cozy but laid out well and had a fan that quietly runs constantly which keeps the mirror from fogging after the shower.
The lobby and dining area are nice and would be great for groups or families to relax together outside of their rooms. We didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel but the evening snack bar was nice.

My family of 5 stayed at the Hotel Astra Opera in 2 connecting rooms. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious for a city hotel. Each room had its own temperature control and exceptional lighting. Not only were we welcomed with a bottle a champagne, the rooms also had a small mini bar with some complimentary drinks. But my kids' favorite part was that they have complimentary hotel snacks from 2pm-2am! We were told that the hotel was part of a network of hotels that we could use for the same snacks across Paris but we didn't utilize this perk. We were also so busy during our stays that we didn't have time to check out the pool.
The front desk was very helpful and kind as well.
This hotel is in a great location, about a 25 min walk to the Louvre but there are also metro and RER stations very close by which we used as well.

The hotel was recently remodeled, and everything was pristine and clean. The theme of the hotel is based on for notable French individuals, one of which was an actor, one of which was an astronaut, and the other two I can’t remember. The room we had was the theme room of the actor and it was beautiful.

Did not opt for the breakfast for an additional fee, however, I did browse the buffet line and it appeared that they had a comprehensive selection of Continental breakfast, scrambled eggs, bangers, bacon, pastries, charcuterie, etc.

This hotel is located in the opera district, so it was very convenient and close to a lot of cafés and restaurants. We took advantage of the metro subway so we were able to see most of the major sites in Paris during our short three day stay.

It should be noted that we had no plans on traveling to Paris, we booked this hotel at the last minute after spending a week in London and decided to take the Eurostar train down to Paris and we were fortunate and off and lucky enough to be a book, a room at this fine hotel.

The hotel was beautiful with meticulous coordinated design features from entrance, pool to bedrooms. And what can I say of the bedroom? It was warm, exceptionally comfortable with a perfectly laid out bathroom with an outstanding large shower. The housekeeping was 100%+++
Front desk staff were exceptional and went of of their way to assist. We had breakfast both days and what a variety of foods. Everything you desire and more. Finally a wonderful touch were free coffee/teas/juices with lots of cakes/sweets biscuits throughout the day. Also a free mini bar, in the bedroom, of waters and minerals rather than being taken to the cleaners!. A five star rating to the Director. Exceptionally well managed hotel. Thank you.

My daughter and I stayed in this hotel during a 5-night trip to Paris for her Spring break, and it was absolutely wonderful. The hotel is new, everything is sparkling clean, the staff are friendly, polite, and helpful. We loved the buffet breakfast in the mornings. The location is really convenient, just steps from several major subway lines, Opera, restaurants, shopping, and walking distance from several major landmarks. Free water and soft drinks in the minibar and the "soft open bar" after 2pm every day (with water, soda, juices, and snacks) were also very nice touches, we really appreciated them when we came back after a day of sightseeing.

This is a really lovely hotel in a great location. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful, and it was one of the few hotels in Paris that would guarantee us adjoining family rooms on booking. Pool and fitness area are great and the free soft drinks made a big difference travelling with children. Would definitely recommend!

My husband and I stayed at Hotel Astra Opera for 5 days in April 2024. We loved this hotel! The hotel is centrally located and the employees were very friendly and accommodating. Our room on the 5th floor was really nice, too.

There is a large room off the lobby where they served breakfast in the morning (we did not opt for breakfast here) but in the afternoons, the room had free treats like donuts, cookies or brownies and non-alcoholic drinks. It was such a nice touch! After touring all day, we’d come home to the hotel and grab a little snack.

There is a small pool a floor or two below the lobby; a nice setup with lounge chairs. There is also a sauna and fitness center (neither of which we used). I highly recommend Hotel Astra Opera!

Had a lovely stay. Everything was clean, service was kind, location is central with easy access to the rest of the city. We had a standard small room, but it was organised very well so we could both easily unpack. Really appreciated having plenty of lights and mirrors which isn't always the case in hotel rooms.
Didn't get a chance to use the spa and didn't include breakfast.

Wonderful stay, couldn’t fault the quality, cleanliness, service or amenities. It is a newly renovated hotel, very quiet in a great location that provides additional perks like a wellness area, afternoon snacks and a candy bar. Highly recommend!

From the moment we arrived we felt welcome, thanks to the fantastic team here. We spent five very comfortable days at the newly refurbished hotel and from the location to the comfort and cleanliness of the rooms, to the great breakfast, I couldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a break in the heart of Paris. We’ll be back again soon. Merci beaucoup.
