the facilities of the spa is not very good...But the staff at the spa were excellent.. and excellent treatment..
even the afternoon tea was not good... poor quality.. sandwiches were a bit stale... and not a great choice...nvm

Excellent hotel. The room was big and clean. The staff are great and helpful. Very impressive. I would like to stay here again. It is not far from the airport by taxi and close to the centre of the city.
We had two rooms booked- one standard double and one suite. The staff were relatively helpful but only when we called from the suite. When we requested things from the standard room, the service was very slow.

During your stay any towels that are not hung up will be replenished daily. For environmental purposes should you prefer not to have your towels replaced please hang your towels on the towel rail in your room.
For additional towels during your stay our housekeeping department can provide on request

I have never used a late check out here but we have been in our room early. I am sure they would let you go in as soon as it is ready. the staff are really helpful. I would give them a quick call to arrange.
