We had a wonderful stay. Rooms were clean and I loved that when you enter the room and plug in your card the TV turns on with an aquarium and relaxing meditation music. I need this at home! The staff was great. Breakfast had a fair selection and was a nice way to start the day.

Comfortable hotel, ideally situation. All staff very welcoming, especially Gregory. The bedroom was spotless, bathroom was excellent. The bed was very comfy, plenty of pillows. Even though in the city centre, it was quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is amazing, provides excellent customer service. I have asked them for a specific room and they were able to provide it. They greeted my girlfriend and I with a great smile and were always making sure everything is okay. The ‘Hugo’ cocktail is amazing in the lounge!

Hello, can take away food be taken into the rooms?
I can’t see why not. We bought sandwiches and stuff from the shop across the road, I can’t see why take away/fast food would be any different

What time does the bar/lounge stay open till?
When we were there we were told that, as guests, we could stay there as long as we wanted. We were, however, quiet and we'll behaved!! I've read a few reviews which have said the bar was closed around midnight. There is only a limited staff at night, they all seem to have jobs to do and the bar doesn't seem to be open to non-guests as far as I could see. So maybe if they have the time and you're no trouble you could stay as long as you want! If not I am absolutely sure they would supply you with a tray of drinks to take to your room 😁😊. The staff are very obliging 😊
