I loved the staff, everyone is super nice and helpful, the room was beautiful and comfortable, breakfast was 10/10, lovely Christmas spirit around the building from decor to attitude. Definitely will stay again.
I’ve stayed at the Fairview at least a dozen times probably more. The experience NEVER disappoints. The staff is incredibly welcoming. The rooms are always incredibly clean and nicely arranged. Most rooms have a jacuzzi tub (HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING esp after a long flight to Ireland) The breakfast is the next best part of the entire stay. Incredibly fresh and there are several delicious options. Get down early or wait but it’s WORTH the wait if you do. The hotel is walking distance from Anything in Killarney you’re in the middle of it all. Stayed there this summer when it was unseasonably warm and the staff was happy to supply fans to help keep the rooms cool. ALWAYS suggest the Fairview to anyone I know going to Ireland.
Spent 2 nights in the Fairview and was very disappointed, firstly the reception we got on arrival wasn't very friendly the man on reception tried to get us to ungrade for an extra fourty euros and also to get the breakfast which I would have done so when booking if I wanted it. When we got our room which was lovely and spacious but was also freezing so I asked could we get the heating on I was told no because of covid so we were moved to a different room which was a much smaller room and was still freezing. When leaving I complained to the same man and he was very arrogant and tried to make out that I was lying that he never said he couldn't put the heating on over covid. I definitely wouldn't be staying there again and wouldn't recommend it.
The most amazing hotel in Killarney. James couldn't do enough for me - including being an administrator for me and I was demanding! Staff are awesome and the lady on reception at night is an angel walking. Loved it.
Stayed her for one night with friends. The room was spacious, very clean, and the bed was very comfy. The staff were all very friendly and attentive. Price was great also. I would highly recommend this hotel.
