Maura, the desk reception MADE our experience so comfortable, safe and informed. Her attention to detail is above and beyond. The consideration and care from everyone working there was superb. The owner, Sinbad, the waitstaff, Host, Housekeeping, dining, just amazing 👏 We didn't want to leave 🙂 They really made our time in Ireland special.

We are so happy that we selected the Victoria hotel for our stay in Killarney. The hotel itself is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable, breakfast was excellent. But the true star of our visit was the receptionist – Mara Lee. From the moment we arrived Mara was engaging and helpful. She spent a considerable amount of time helping us plan our stay in the area. Arranging for bus transportation to the Gap of Dunloe, Jaunting carriages, and a boat ride. She clearly loves helping people and her Irish pride is contagious.

Fabulous hotel, great decor and lovely atmosphere. Wonderful staff including Maura at frontdesk who is super efficient, friendly and helpful. Great room, comfy large bed. Slippers and bathrobe provided and complimentary chocolates on arrival. Fantastic breakfast, plenty to choose from and great service. Overall beautiful boutique hotel and will definitely be staying there again.

This is a beautiful boutique hotel. We were greeted by Maura who is such a joy! We had gorgeous rooms with lovely bathrooms and comfy beds. The breakfast was delicious. The location is very close to the national park which was so convenient.

We loved how charming this hotel is. We were greeted by Maura upon arrival and she is a true gem. She called us by name during our entire stay, was genuinely interested in our trip and making us feel welcomed. All the little nooks and crannies around the hotel are worth checking out. Our shower had a skylight and they go above and beyond with little touches like chocolates on the pillows. We also enjoyed the hotel restaurant and bar. All the staff were attentive and friendly.

Great stay in the Victoria. Staff at reception and in the bar were excellent, we received such a warm welcome. We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded on check in and had a very spacious room. The bed was huge and so comfortable! Jacuzzi bath, robes & slippers, bottled water and welcome chocolates were all welcome touches. We did not avail of breakfast but evening meal and cocktails in the bar were delicious. The hotel is in a great location and very convenient for shows at the INEC.

Very nice luxury boutique hotel. Breakfast and dinner are available to add to your booking. The staff was incredible and helped us get reservations and ideas for things to do during our stay. The rooms are spacious and all look custom designed. Also right next door to a bike rental store.

Wow what a find. We sadly only had 2 nights here. From arrival to departure the staff could not do enough for us. The room was amazing and the food served was delicious; especially the roast beef dinner! My only small gripe was that on the first night we had delicious chocolate on our pillows but none the second night. But that is me being persnickety. Quiet room and large comfy bed, with a brilliant power shower en-suite. Thank you guys for a fantastic stay.

This hotel is super nice! Rooms are quite luxurious, beds very comfortable and staff goes above and beyond to make your stay pleasant! Breakfast was absolutely fantastic!!!! It’s close to Killarney national park, close to Killarney town and close to the convention center. There’s a bike rental next door! I would definitely recommend!

We had a lovely stay at the Victoria in Killarney. It was within walking distance of downtown, a little south past the Killarney House. The hotel itself houses the Ivy restaurant, which had spectacular food and drinks and seemed to be busy every night we were there. We were treated to a top-notch breakfast each morning we were there, with fresh pastries, coffee/tea, and a variety of menu breakfast options. Maria was an amazingly accomodating receptionist and host as well.
