The Hotel is located in a city center in proximity of shops, restaurants. It has a stylish restaurant and a bar and a swimming pool/spa. Nice and helpful staff. Underground parking is a great plus. Breakfast was fantastic, opulent, served by naturally nice personnel. We got even some pastries to go. Disliked · The hotel is great, but rooms are rather small. At least ours for 3 persons. Pool was open for kids only till 18:00 so we could not use it upon our arrival.

Hotel was very welcoming and the food excellent. Good service all round and a lovely place to stay. Staff were extremely friendly and also offered advice on where else to go in the town. Would recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to visit this area

I didn't stay I just used the spa and had a massage and it was relaxing, just what I needed. The staff were friendly, the spa was spotless and the noise levels were very low which is brilliant. Highly recommend

This hotel is a must. Great location in the centre of town. The staff are excellent, friendly and helpful. Cafe du Parc is a lovely restaurant with a very selection of food. Violin player was a bonus. The Spa is a must. Very relaxing.

I would highly recommend the Killarney Plaza Hotel. A beautiful hotel in an excellent location. Staff exceptionally helpful and friendly. Upgraded to a suite and chocolates provided as a birthday treat. Fresh water (in a non-plastic container) provided every day and a bar of handmade chocolate on arrival. Tea and coffee making facilities in room. Good quality toiletries. A very comfortable bed. Very quiet at night. Good choice at breakfast and great service. Nice swimming pool with sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. I did not visit the spa. Some of the furnishings look a bit "tired", but all areas of the hotel are very clean. Good awareness of environmental impact. I hope to return

Everything was amazing. The hotel was decorated for Christmas and felt so warm and comfortable we enjoyed sitting in different gathering spaces on multiple floors. Beds-Excellent, Food-Excellent, Spa-absolutely AMAZING, Location-Wonderful. If you have a question of where to stay in Killarney-this grand hotel is the answer!!!

Coming for the first time to Ireland, I thoroughly researched hotels and read many reviews before booking. This hotel was wonderful!! The staff was extremely attentive, parking was easy and free for those staying in the hotel, the room was well appointed and the bed was very comfortable. We also very much enjoyed the included breakfast which had a great buffet of hot and cold items. The location in the center of Killarney cannot be beat!! We enjoyed a carriage ride in Killarney National Park and had dinner at Murphy’s Pub and Tatler Jack’s - both were very good and had something on the menu for everyone. We also booked a Paddywagon excursion to view the Ring of Kerry which was well worth the money. The pick up is just outside the back of the hotel at the Killarney Tourist Center. The only slight negative to our stay was that the shower was a bit difficult to get in and out off due to the height of the tub and the water pressure was mediocre. Overall, a beautiful hotel and great stay!! We would definitely choose this hotel again if we were to come back to the Emerald Isle!…
