The staff at The Ross were the most friendly and considerate I've ever met. Our room went beyond our expectations. It was beautiful and comfortable. Our first night there we returned to the room to find a plate of sweet treats waiting for us, along with a hand written card welcoming us. The hotel is located close to downtown and the National Park. I cannot wait to return to Killarney and stay at The Ross again.

Hotel's Favorite
Last weekend we stayed with another couple in The Ross and as always it didn’t disappoint. We were greeted warmly on arrival and a quick phone call to housekeeping confirmed our room was ready for us. The room was spotless, plenty of space with a pretty large bathroom attached. We grabbed a bite to eat in the hotel bar - both service and food quality were top notch. Similar experience next morning at breakfast, which was certainly a notch above our expectations. We visit Killarney pretty regularly and won’t look beyond The Ross. Looking forward already to our next visit!

I was a little concerned staying in the city center but my fears were for naught. We encountered some road construction as we attempted to check in. We left our luggage, which was delivered to our room, and parked our vehicle at the sister property just down the street. Check in was easy. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room had a very comfortable king bed and was on the backside of the hotel-very quiet. Had breakfast at a number of different cafes including a French bakery which was excellent. Our daily drives to different sites proved fairly easy to navigate. Housekeeping was excellent. Can’t beat the location. We were in search of Irish music each evening and were quite happy with what we found. Cozy hotel, terrific staff, can’t say enough about the experience. Excellent!…

The hotel is in a perfect location for visiting Killarney and the surrounding area. It is clean, comfortable and has a nice restaurant and bar. The staff were extremely helpful with all of our questions and had great suggestions for our visit. I would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone wanting a great place to stay

The Ross is run by a great team led by Ciara Treacy, the General Manager. It is ideally located at the best part of town centre with free parking just across the road at the sister hotel that is also part of the Treacy family. Service is very important to us when choosing hotels. No hotel can be perfect in every aspect, but good and hospitable service will always leave a lasting impression. We had a very comfortable stay at this beautiful hotel and felt very safe and well taken care of by everyone here. If you have any questions at all, just talk to the very approachable staff, and even Ciara herself. Roger, the Operations Manager, went out of his way to help us with our bulky luggages and restaurant recommendations. They are genuinely caring and just want you to have a great experience staying with them. The breakfast here with freshly baked pastries is the best we had on our entire trip. Everything about the Ross is fantastic, from when you first book to when you leave! They go one step beyond and just make you feel so welcome….. rooms are luxurious, food is excellent and the team that work there are brilliant! Perfect place in town. Nice and large room for 3 with a beautiful bathroom. Good services and welcoming. The Ross is a very nice place to stay just downtown Killarney so very easy to all places to visit, shops and restaurants. Parking available across the street and spa access as well. Have a very nice time there.

We recently held our friend's hen party in The Ross and from start to finish, I couldn't speak more highly of our experience. Martina, Sandra and the team were so helpful with us organising room allocations, costs etc and from the minute we arrived, we were delighted with our choice! The decor is lovely, there are numerous bars in the hotel with a great atmosphere, the cocktails were fab and we really enjoyed the meal we had in "The Cellar". I have been to The Ross for food/drinks before and loved it on each occasion but it really is the perfect venue to stay for a hen/girly weekend etc. Thanks for making it the best weekend for our lovely bride to be :)
