The security guard William is an angel the best in the business if you ask me the most helpful kind man I have ever met !!! He does he’s job with the highest respect for the staff around him and the guests .. I have stayed in this hotel on my occasions and my last 2 stays we met William ! He made sure we were safe after coming back from a night of drink ! All and all he deserves the biggest raise or a recognition for how good he is at he’s job :)

We arrived as a group of friends from the second we arrived we were being watched as a group of girls it was unsettling. The man working around reception was genuinely creepy and very rude. In my opinion if they want to stay open he needs to be let go. They took all our names at reception which was strange as we don’t do this anywhere. We landed in our rooms about 20 seconds later that man working there landed at our door saying keep the noise down we weren’t noisy at all it was like he followed us to see what room we were in. Very STRANGE. We had stayed once before and he done exactly the same thing. Will not be returning. The staff were clueless and very unhelpful. Awful hotel and not as cheap as it should be considering the lack of facilities!!

Nice place. Not fancy but it was clean. No air conditioning no wash cloths and no facial tissue. We could deal with that. Group breakfast was hot as needed. Plenty of coffee and plenty of portions. Staff was attentive and friendly. We enjoyed this visit for one night

Stayed at Killarney court hotel. Staff helpful and amazing. Room lovely and food excellent highly recommended. My husband wasn’t well and Eamon was very kind and considerate towards him. Many thanks. Would recommend and will be returning hopefully in the near future
