Beautiful inn directly across from Muckross Park. The room, breakfast, & Monk's Lounge were wonderful. Bathroom had the best lighting of any hotel I stayed at during my vacation. Short, free bike ride to Muckross House & Gardens & Abbey or you can easily hire a jaunty car. Also, it's just a short walk to the waterfalls. Concierge arranged a delightful all-day outing that included Gap of Dunloe, Lord Brandon's cottage, lakes cruise, and Ross Castle. I wish I'd had more than 2 nights at this hotel because I didn't have time to visit the Spa, Yew Tree restaurant, or Killarney. Suggestions: longer cord on the hair dryer and maintain the free bikes a little better. The chain on ours broke during our ride to Muckross House.

Great welcome and service from all the staff. Food in the Colgan's Bar and Yew tree restaurant was top quality, great breakfast selection each morning. Rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean, beds were very comfortable.

Fantastic place to stay, great price, excellent staff, beautiful room, wonderful free Spa use came with the room. We'd stay there again in a heartbeat. The staff even found a taxi driver at a good rate. The hotel has many good food options at decent prices too.

The room was very spacious and clean. Breakfast was lovely. The staff are so welcoming, kind & helpful. We had a complimentary cocktail on arrival. The hotel is across from muckross park and has bicycles to book in Advance. Food is excellent

Stayed in The Reserve apartments, excellent welcome from the reception team in the hotel. The apartments are beautiful, well decorated, both bedrooms very spacious with great ensuites. Complimentary visit to the spa was much appreciated, beautiful tranquil facility. One of our party also used the complimentary bikes, a great additional amenity. We enjoyed an excellent meal in Colgans, although staff were busy they were friendly and helpful. Beautiful hotel with excellent facilities in a wonderful location.

Our family of four had a wonderful stay in one of the self-catering apartments. It was very spacious, comfortable and well-supplied with everything we needed. The setting of the resort is tranquil and idyllic, within the National Park, just outside the city centre. Excellent dining options as well. Ross Castle and the ruins of a Franciscan Abbey are nearby.

I highly recommend the Muckross Park Hotel for anyone visiting Killarney National Park and the areas nearby. The location is excellent, as you are right across from the park, close to town but without all the noise and crowds. The lobby and rooms are first rate all the way, elegant, clean and accommodating. Breakfast included in our room rate offered everything and anything you could want. The service in this hotel outstanding. As much as I would recommend this hotel it is its people that makes it extra special. Everywhere we went we were offered help, courtesy and were treated like family. We had an issue with our passports being left in our prior hotel that we discovered on check in. Dean, the concierge jumped in to help us immediately to try to fix the situation. He went above and beyond in every way. The mistake was ours but Dean found us a a solution, followed up and eased our minds. We also availed ourselves of the massage at their Spa and found it to be very posh and personal as well. You cannot go wrong with this beautiful hotel that offers it all and reasonable rates as well.…

Fabulous stay with friends and family.Wedding venue is spectacular. Shout out to Sasila front desk,the best hotel service we experienced in europe.Nice walk to the park which is across the hotel.Downtown is 10 minutes cab ride where all the good restaurant and bars.

We traveled to Ireland in a group of 22 on a tour. We were at this hotel for only 2 nights. By the luck of the draw we were upgraded to The Innisfall Suite, one of two historical suites from the original building. Fantastic room. A main master with bath with a large soaking tub, a second bath with a shower, an outer sitting area with a wet bar, (no alcohol), vaulted timber ceiling and fireplace. Also has a loft with another bed and sitting area. Even though it is very old it is very well kept. We loved it! Also, service was great and food good in the restaurants.

This is one of my favourite hotels I’ve ever stayed in . From the moment we arrived the staff were just so so lovely. Every single member of staff we met greeted us and our 19 month old son . Myself and my husband kept saying how lovely everyone was . The hotel is very lucky to have such great people working there . 😃 The rooms were stunning . Had everything you need in them . Great location & so much to see and do . We had food in colgans pub the first night and food was lovely . I used the spa pool one of the mornings . Was so quiet only 2 other people using it at the same time . Very relaxing . Would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. I would most definitely return . Thanks again to everyone for a memorable weekend . 😀
