From arriving at the hotel on Saturday afternoon the visit was perfection, and it shows from start to finish. The room was fab- we upgraded our room before arriving to have a jacuzzi in the room and it was excellent, The only thing missing was dressing gowns- but this was rectified with 1 phone call. The staff were all so genuinely warm and professional. We wanted nothing for the trip. Nothing is out of place. Its spotlessly clean, well maintained, retains its traditional character. We ate in the restaurant on the first night and the food was great - TIp- when booking- ask for a window seat. The staff again were super. The second night we ate in the bar and enjoyed the food even more. The only downfall for the hotel is that it doesnt have a swimming pool. The Spa is great and we got gorgeous massage from the lovely Kirsten. The location is perfect for walks around the lake and visits to Torc waterfall. If you have time take a drive up Molls gap.

A fantastic location on the shore of the lake and beside the National Park. Lovely Hotel and first class friendly service with the family always there working alongside staff. Peaceful location and only a 30 minute walk into the town to enjoy the hospitality of the great bars and restaurants

The Lake Hotel was exactly as they described. We couldn't have wished for better. The rooms were very comfortable clean and quiet. The view was second to none. Breakfast was good, and the evening meals were even better. All of the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Would definitely go back.

Stayed here for two nights and had a facial treatment at the therapy room with Kerstin while visiting. The treatment itself was divine, Kerstin is a natural and very be knowledgeable and caring about what she does. It definitely topped off our visit and I will surely be recommending to others :)
