Beautiful place, friendly staff, clean rooms, comfy beds... can not fault this place at all. Bus stop a few minutes away so great place to access Dublin from. Pub up the road The gravedigger I would highly recommend, food is fantastic, staff could not do enough for you and the guiness is the best I've ever tasted. Will definitely stay here again when in Dublin.

Super friendly staff especially the receptionist Elizabeth throughout this lovely, cosy B&B! Very clean and lovely room with nice decor also. The inclusion of the garden outside is a great plus too. Would stay there again!

Egans House was a gorgeous, quaint and very accommodating place to stay. Nothing was too much trouble, staff were extremely approachable and helpful. Yes the rooms are small but that did not bother us as it was so clean and tidy. 5 stars from us.

Egans House is a good accomodation not fat away from the city centre (convenient buses nearby). Basic but very clean, what really impressed me what the quality of the customer service, the lady at the reception went really the extra mile to assist me!

We enjoyed our overnight stay in Egans. It is located in a nice quiet residential area near Dromcondra and a few minutes walk from The Botanical Gardens. Our bedroom was airy and spacious and tastefully decorated. An inner door between the bedroom and corridor ensured that the room was very private and quiet. The bathroom was clean. It had a powerful with a well sealed shower which kept the floor dry and safe. Breakfast was a generous and well thought out buffet affair. There was a mouth watering selection of hot food and cereals. The staff are extremely competent, pleasant and helpful. It's really a great place to stay and such terrific Value for money.

A lovely place & beautiful building in a quiet area, and even with lots of guests the noise was fairly well contained. Staff were super friendly and helpful and the rooms very clean. Breakfast was good though I felt it was a little on the expensive side for what was on offer. Close to the Botanic gardens and a reasonable walk into the city, though we drove to car park for convenience sake and found it easy and reasonable. Great little pubs nearby.

Very cozy B&B for an overnight layover in Dublin. Booked a family size room with very comfy bed. Extra pillows all around. Lots of wonderful details to make guests feel at home. Breakfast was included in our stay and give us a wonderful taste of Ireland. Convenient to airport and a few nice little places to eat nearby when we got in late. We will definitely be back.

Nice rooms. Brekfast almost without vegetables for 14€. Not worth it. Apples did not taste as apples at all. Old fashioned hotel. The staff was helpful and they do have a nice garden. It is located near Dublin center if you dont mind walking for a bit. A lot of nice restaurants in neighberhood.
