We were welcome by Vicente receptionist, who was very kind and attentive. But our room hasn’t been cleaned and we complained in the reception 3 times. Just when the Vicente was there, our problem was solved. He was very helpful to solve problems and make us feel confortable.

It was a training stay with my students. The hostel is very dirty, the food is scarce and bad. Employees do the minimum and do not solve the problems reported to them. Dusty rooms, blood stained curtains, stained sheets. A crushed package of cookies was at the door of my room for 4 days. The smell of old beer welcomes you and accompanies you throughout the stay.

Absolutely do not stay here. I have been traveling around Europe for 2 months and this is the worst hostel I have ever experienced. The staff is so rude and yelled in our faces multiple times; they are not accommodating to mistakes THEY made. This is unacceptable behavior and I do not recommend this location to anyone. The rooms are small, and the bathrooms were not clean. Also the room they originally moved us to reeked of cigarettes, and then we were yelled at for asking for an air freshener! They also moved us to a smaller room after making a mistake and split up our friends, then proceeded to yell at our group when we complained that there was a price difference in the room we were supposed to have versus the room we were placed in. DO NOT STAY HERE.

a nice hostel, not my favourite. Too big, so impersonal. The reception area was extremely noisy, it was difficult to communicate with the staff. Too expensive, they even charged us on a glass of water. the room was fine and comfortable. the lock was not working when we arrived but it was solved immediately. Nice hostel, but I would not come back.

Nice clean hostel in a good location. Only pain is bathrooms might not be on the same floor. We had a weird situation with our room and Gabriel was so understanding and helped us sort it straight away. He made sure we felt safe as 3 young girls travelling

I stayed here around 10 years ago, and now again. The place hasnt really changed, it is vibrant, full of young travellers on budget, and offers simple rooms. The positive with this establishment is that they have taken seriously that you will have an outlet by your bed for charging. If you are on budget, there are some grocery shops around. Also restaurants in the local area, and it is walkable distance to centre and to where the tours depart, although expect a 15 minute walk.
