Nice hotel. Rooms are clean and tidy but could do with a freshen up of the carpet. Be aware of rooms located next to the elevator, Can hear the machinery running and the ding of the call button, as well as every conversation had by people. Location is amazing right in the heart of the city. Tad expensive, but if you want the location it is what you are paying for

Showers cold, decorating in room next to my Dads started about 6am. Food 😂 Ordered food in bar Monday night. About 2 people in the bar. Fish and chips served without the pea purée. Asked where they were twice and eventually turned up cold 1/2 through meal. Apple pie with ice cream and fresh cream took about 20 minutes and pie cold.

We had a wonderful stay her on Dec 2nd and 3rd. Booked in for a large family reunion. Great atmosphere. Lovely staff. If you came to Dublin and never left the hotel once, you'd have all the experience you need of Dublin and its people.

Old hotel but amazing people and such fun. The whole place great. Can be noisy at times but exactly where you want it to be. Staff are so helpful. Food was great and live bands … great music. Enjoyed it very much 🥰

The front desk was very nice and the young man from Ukraine was very helpful. The hotel itself is not only worn and old but dirty. The grout in bathroom was moldy and the doors were dirty. The corners and edges of carpets were beyond ability to be cleaned. We didn’t see the show or eat in restaurant.

Hotel was central and Lobby nice. Staff service is hot and miss. The rooms are ok just very old and in need of a big refresh. I could hear the music from the room and everyone in corridors etc… breakfast buffet is really good. So basically cheap and central but don’t expect anything fancy

Where do I start..??? My wife and I visit Dublin around 6 times a year and most of our stays are usually in the Arlington hotel. We chose here as the staff were always friendly, the food was good , the atmosphere exceptional and location second to none......unfortunately, the location is the only thing that hasn't changed!!!!😔 The menu has been cut right back so much that food and drink are very limited and the quality was equal to the poor selectionon offer. The bar staff were obviously struggling, as some were only newly employed and, not trained properly, while the more experienced just didn't seem to care. The live music seemed to be supplied by a private dance party for Rockabilly , and if that's your taste then great, but this only encouraged us to turn in for an early, disappointing evening

Booked the Celtic Nights dinner/show for two people before heading home next day to Australia. Show and dinner was enjoyable but was very cramped seating arrangements. I had to sit solo as I advised them the other person could not attend due to illness. However the hotel refused a refund for one ticket quoting their no refund policy despite me offering proof of illness. Be very sure you can attend when ordering show tickets because this hotel flatly refuses refunds under any circumstances.

The only good thing I can say about this hotel is its location. That’s where the positives end. My room was a disgrace. Bathroom filthy and unhygienic. Room tiny and uncomfortably hot. Brought my problems to the attention of hotel management via email with supportive photos and received a poor reply with an offer of 15% of next stay. Well there will never be a next stay. One to avoid based on my experience.
