The hotel is in a good central location and the plus room was spacious and clean. Problems with the internet so didn’t have Wi-Fi for half our stay. If you are parking at the hotel you need to pay your parking for your entire stay at the time of arriving. We didn’t as advised by staff to just pay on a day by day basis as spaces aren’t guaranteed. We tried to pay for the following day but it stated on the ticket machine we were paid until 4pm so after a lunch in town came back to find we had a £85 parking fine. Premier can’t help with these fines as the car park is managed by a separate company.
Very comfortable bed, the room and bathroom were absolutely spotless. Great location, it was very close to shopping and a variety of cafe's and restaurants. Just a short walk to the lovely river walk.
The Perth Premier Inn is superbly located right in the centre of Perth next to Perth Concert Hall. It's a nice modern building though appears to be converted from traditional warehouses. Also there is a covered cycle rack at the rear which was really helpful as I had cycled from the station. Good size rooms with decent air con (although the air con control was broken, but fortunately staff were able to switch it on remotely). Helpful staff. Breakfast choice was a bit limited - OK if you wanted a cooked breakfast but for continental there were no croissants available and no grapefruit segments nowadays.
I am a student, When I have new journeys, I always chose premier inn. This time I was in london hotels at 9th September, check out was 10th september. I planned to visit Edinbrugh next day, I booked Perth City Centre premier in, mistakenly I chosed 9th instead of 10th of September. After I realised, I tried to contact them after 10 minutes of booking, also the concierge of london hotel tried to call them nobody picked up the phone. Finally, after two hours they answered and they said we can not change your booking or cancel it. Yeah, it was my fault. But if it was different hotel, they will amend it for me if they knew I am a student. I still like premier inn hotels but This really changed my opinion about it.
Room was well appointed and the bed was comfortable. I got a good night's sleep. However, the policy not to clean rooms every day due to covid, was unclear that it meant that I had to ask for the room to be cleaned after 4 night's. The clean was very thorough. I also appreciate that people like a bath, but would have liked the choice of a room with a walk-in shower. The bath was hard to get out of. If I book here again, would enquire if there is an option for shower only. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It isn't thier fault that they probably don't have enough staff to clean rooms more regularly. This is my impression, not something I was told. The reception staff helped with replacement towels and new toilet rolls. Overall it was a good stay, but it does seem that standards have slipped.…
No words can describe it Beyond beautiful every step I took a photo is it open to my beauty what I feel it’s completely complete complete if you feel the Going to go to Scotland girl yes you never know
First room electric didn't work.2nd room coffee machine wasn't cleaned. No Internet available during my stay this shouldhavebeenhighlightedat check in whichwouldsavedmy time. Good city centre location but disappointing
We stayed for 2 nights to see a show at the Concert Hall. Had an email the day before telling us to book breakfast as they get very busy. On arrival we asked to book an evening meal, told they were fully booked. The room was just ok, nothing special. Only two towels in the bathroom ( really?) and hardly any loo roll. Unable to open any windows all painted shut, the air con was inadequate and noisy. Breakfast next morning had a good selection of the usual items, but unfortunately most of it was tepid or cold. The fried eggs were not cooked properly, with runny whites. In this day and age who wants to climb into a bathtub for a shower? The one good point was, the bed was very comfortable. Not up to the usual Premier Inn standard.
We stayed for one night as a stop through. We were travelling to Loch Ness. Which is a 10 hour car journey so we stopped here as a halfway point. The family room was very clean and tidy. Everything you would expect in a hotel room. Tea, coffee, towels etc. My 2 children were impressed. Although you cannot open the windows. There is air con so if you get too hot you can put the air conditioning on. Unfortunately there is no phone to call room service so I had to go downstairs to order. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I added on breakfast when I booked the room. Breakfast was very good value. Great selection of hot and cold foods. As well as hot and cold drinks. There is limited car parking charged at £6 per night but there are other car parks nearby. The hotel is situated near to the shop and in the other direction is a nice walk with a park…
