A very modern hotel located right in the heart of Inverness, within easy walking distance of the Rail/Bus Stations, shops and restaurants. My room had good views of the River Ness and was clean and airy. The bed was comfortable and there was everything needed for a short stay, and the jacuzzi bath was fantastic. Didn't eat in the hotel but the bar was pleasant and reasonably priced and all the staff throughout were welcoming and friendly. All in all a safe middle of the road choice- possibly lacking some of the charm and atmosphere of some of Inverness' other hotels but certainly delivers on facilities and service.

So I was in and around Inverness for four days and stayed in another local hotel upon arrival. I was supposed to return to that hotel at the end of the trip but I didn't due to the poor service and issues with the room. However I found this little hidden gem in Inverness. Room and especially the bed were clean and comfortable with views of the river. Could not ask for anything more plus the staff were extremely helpful

Very mixed review of this hotel problems sorted straight away but some issues should not have been their for a modern new build hotel...Originally put in a very small room with little space despite paying for a superior room - upgraded quickly when mentioned to the staff although 2 staff didnt know they had superior rooms available - there was nothing superior about the second room except for more space. The shower had a sliding door that slides half way to meet a fixed part of the door this means getting in the shower if you have any weight at all you will struggle to get through the door (shower itself is big) but when mentioned to staff I couldn't get into the shower they removed the sliding door no problem. The room is opperated by key and if one of you leave the room taking their key it means the other cant watch tv (it kept going off till other person returned) - the breakfast was substandard and not worth the cost and obviously been out for a while on one morning was cold on another the hot items hadnt been replenished so had to ask for eggs and hash browns which meant sitting a while for them although there was a good selection on the continental but would have liked more fruit and more croissants -(only available first day). Breakfast room just at reception and bar and not separate room. Limited on street parking.

I have just come back from Inverness and my stay at this amazing hotel. Beautiful rooms, staff were amazing and I will definitely stay again when I return with my daughter. It was my birthday trip and the balloons were such a nice touch. Right in the middle of everything. Highly recommend. Thanks everyone!

This visit was disappointing at best. on arrival, I noticed the bin wasn't taken out from previous occupants. The phone was broken, and I couldn't contact reception even via my mobile. contacted Radisson HQ and they couldn't get hold of them either. The toilet didn't flush therefore whatever went in stayed there the whole trip... perhaps worst of all the bed was covered in suspect looking black hairs. I for the room to be cleaned at reception, it was never done and when I tried to order champagne to enjoy with my girlfriend they made it so difficult I gave up. very disappointing stay indeed. the view from the room looked like a scene from Trainspotting. Not what you'd expect from a well established brand.
