Booked two rooms through a third party site for two nights. When I arrived there was a mix up with the rooms as the third party site had put the wrong name on one of the rooms. To cut a long stressful story short I would like to express my gratitude to Daniela Medina and Chelsea Bradley who got this issue sorted out for me and made sure we had a room until third party agent could be contacted the next day. Hotel room was very clean and comfortable. One room had a bath with shower and other room had a large walk in shower. Great water pressure and hot water in shower. Room was warm enough so didn’t need to turn heating up. Kettle, mini fridge, iron and safe in the room. Didn’t hear any noise from other rooms but room was at back of the hotel where the tram rail and train rail go by. Not much noise from the trams but you do hear the high speed trains going by so if light sleeper I would ask for room away from this. Plenty of car parking at £4 a night and tram stop is 2 minute walk away. Ideal base for exploring Edinburgh. Cant fault the breakfast tasty bacon and sausages. Had a couple of drinks from the bar and was not expensive probably just normal Edinburgh prices. All the staff were so friendly and Daniela and Chelsea went beyond to make sure we had a great stay. Would recommend this hotel.

Returning customer after 2 years of not travelling and delighted to be back with the hotel as good as ever. The whole team make you feel special and nothing is too much trouble. From the warm welcome from Alex, attentive interactions with colleagues and the way they are keeping guests safe in public areas. The pool and leisure facilities are an added bonus. Our room was tremendous and exceeded our expectations. The breakfast was gorgeous, a wide variety of foods and regularly replenished. The hotel is ideally situated on the tram link for access to the airport and city, and also Scotrail for our onward journey to Glasgow. We will definitely be back, thank you Daniela and team for making us feel so welcome.

Excellent weekend stay, ideal location, can go straight onto M8, city bypass, or to the airport. Tram to city centre at your door too. Comfiest hotel beds I’ve ever slept in and the rooms not too hot and stuffy. Clean modern bathrooms. We had a lovely stay and will definitely use again.

Great team of friendly peoples. My staying was great. The hotel is very close to the centre, a short tram ride away. But away enough from noise and crowds. We enjoyed the pool and the bar food and service. I'll definitely make it my hotel of choices for all my stay in Edinburgh
