Very comfortable accommodation. Apartment was clean, and the welcome pack a bonus. Furniture looking a bit tired, but kitchen well-appointed. No instruction manuals etc. for kitchen equipment or the usual information pack. We were there 3 nights so didn't matter. Not Covid related as another property previous November all info. was on hand. Would definitely use again.

Easy to find and such an ideal location. Sainsbury`s around the corner. Friendly reception staff . Large apartment , plenty of space. Only 2 downsides for us - the shower doors needed a clean at the bottom and neither Tv worked in either bedroom: I did mention it at reception but no luck. Overall a good visit.

Great apartment for a family, with all amenities, in the city center, and very close to Sainsbury's. We stayed there 5 days, and enjoyed it very much. Thanks to its location, you can choose to eat in or eat out at the last minute, so very convenient with kids. We highly recommend it!

More of an apartment than a hotel, our accommodation was huge for the price. Full, well-appointed kitchen with all modern facilities. Water pressure in the shower was great. Loved the location, convenient to The Uni, The Meadows, The Grassmarket, The Royal Mile, The Castle, and bus lines. Ignore any negative reviews that discuss proximity to strip clubs. Yes, they are nearby, but unless someone pointed them out to you, you'd never know that they are there. We never felt unsafe in the least and this is certainly not a "red light district" in the typical sense.
