Hotel offered everything that my partner and I required for our weekend away. The room was super clean, bed was comfy, room temp was great and the hotel location was quiet. Plenty of parking and local shops very close by.

Hotel's Favorite
I’ve stayed in all the Premier Inns now in Dundee and this is without doubt the best. Large car park and friendly receptionist. Rooms were nice and clean and modern with the new showers etc. nice and quiet during the night and I enjoyed one of the best nights sleep I’ve had in a long time. Good pub next door and Dominos etc across the car park.

Nice hotel, but unable to regulate the room temperature made it a couple of uncomfortable nights, we were given a fan, but didn't reduce the temp and was aware of the noise from it during the night especially with a young child

This Premier Inn is in a good location - plenty of parking, a Co-op store across the road and restaurants and takeaways nearby. The room was clean and fresh and the shower worked well. If you are staying more than one night they don’t clean the room and encourage you to reuse your towels. The towel rail was not heated so towels stayed damp. They gave us clean ones on request. The bed was just a double. I wish they would make them all king size and I really, really wish they would have some proper twin rooms - not just a sofa bed. The duvet was very thick - far too warm for June. We couldn’t open the window when sleeping because of road noise from the nearby A92. The internet was very patchy. One night we couldn’t get on at all after dinner and had to use the data on our phones. You can pay for upgraded internet -£5 per day. The TV remote was strange - either hypersensitive when you touched the buttons or very slowly to bring up or change channels - don’t think it was a battery issue.

Premier Inn Dundee gave us what we wanted - nice room, a bath, good bed, a restful night. We had a ground floor room - number 6 - looking onto the car park. Windows opened - a requirement for us - but not a busy or noisy area so not disturbed at night. Meals provided at the pub next door and these were good - evening meal and breakfast. A C0 0p opposite which is convenient.

Stayed here a few times previously never had any problems or issues at all, unfortunately this time came with some minor problems. Firstly the room we had didn’t come with any bath towels not a massive deal but inconvenient. Upon request at the front desk we where told they would be taken to our room while we where out, they where not. As we returned later on in the evening the front desk was unattended and we where unable to request for the towels. This meant getting up even earlier in the morning to go to the desk and ask again, which we where told they would again be brought to the room and where not. After the third time of asking someone finally came through and gave them too us. The second issue was the tv remote didn’t work properly it would only power on the tv in our room meaning the tv was stuck on the channel it was on last, again not a major issue but rather annoying and inconvenient, we where told this couldn’t be sorted as they didn’t have any way to fix it. Other than them two issues it was an average stay for a single night if we where to have stayed longer more of a complaint would have been put in while there.

We have stayed here before. The hotel is just as you would expect from Premier Inn. The disabled parking is right outside the entrance and the restaurant is only a few paces away. The hotel is situated very conveniently to where I have to go and the staff are very pleasant and helpful. The hotel is spotlessly clean.
