All I can say is Poor, Room was ok but building very out dated and needs a serious uplift/makeover. No food available , Limited drinks supply at the bar. Noisy customers who wouldn't turn it down in bar area. Needs a total revamp to attract customers. Won't be going back here again.

Tiny rooms, mattress lumpy and saggy in the middle. Out side looks dirty and dilapidated (nothing like their photos. Cooking smells from rooms filled corridors , restaurant closed after breakfast. Lots of council long term residents. No one around to complain to.

You get what you pay for but it was spacious and staff were friendly we extended the checkout time and it was no bother. Check in time also nice and early. Was also glad to see people wearing masks. Would go again :)

The room was clean but paint peeling from the bathroom walls, no lock on the bathroom door. A member of staff came into the room after 10pm because the room had not been checked in correctly. Breakfast was OK but had to wait for the hot buffet to be replenished (approx 15 minutes) and the coffee was tasteless. In general, just a shabby looking hotel.
