We booked a small "suite" which was far end of the 3rd floor hall, but had a good river view and large bathroom. We had air con. Tea/coffee etc House keeping was good, but the opening windows dirty. Excellent bath and huge shower. The 2 lifts adequate. WiFi fine. Automatic doors to the building helpful except those into the restaurant causeing draft. Staff very pleasant, they have a system that requests a £50 deposit to open a bar tab/account! Contrary to the impression given the hotel is not central, it is across the main road from a Marks & Spencer food hall which is better than the hotel food.

Cheery staff, reception area has a lot of Dundee artefacts. Room was very spacious as was the bathroom. Good to see a Nespresso machine for proper coffee. Found the hotel clean. Bar/restaurant looked good but didn’t have time to use it. Good location, within reasonable walking distance to the shops and V&A. Will certainly stay here again when I next have a stopover in Dundee.

An amazing Stay at Hotel Indigo in Dundee from check in to check out it was spot on. Early arrival we were allowed to park in the car park which is extremely small for the size of the hotel but there is plenty of nearby car parks all only a few mins walk. The hotel is super cool with lots of little bits from the past history of Dundee. Some details are very low key so take a closer look!! Its fun. Our family room was extremely generous super clean and cosy, massive bathroom with beautiful toiletries. TV, fridge storage Nespresso machine kettle etc all you'd expect. Brilliant breakfast options, So much I could write about this hotel but you'll just have to visit and experience it for yourself, I already booked to go back! A nice hotel, very clean and well put together with lots of nice local touches. Let down by some minor details, including that room service card advertised meal times between noon and 9pm, however was told service actually started at 5.30pm. Staff were friendly and professional, however there was a long queue at check-in with only one member of staff working.

Excellent , boutique , efficient and friendly hotel. All the staff were fantastic, efficient and welcoming. The maids and maintenance staff excellent/cheery and said hello . We had breakfast included, which was full english and continental buffet. Food was great , varied and plentiful. The rooms were pristine and hotel very peaceful.

The reception are not very friendly. Asked to pre authorize £50 on my card, even though this was not mentioned before. They didn't ask if I enjoyed my stay on the way out. I also emailed the hotel and the head office to ask if they could put something in the room for my son's birthday, they didn't bother, even though I have had this at other hotels. Didn't even ask my son about his birthday. Beds and pillows are hard. Sky light windows. Couldn't see out. Blinds didn't close, so light kept me awake. Nice Nespresso coffee machine. Large room and bathroom. The only reason I am coming back is because it is across the road from my other sons house.

Been to the Indigo a few times before, it is not only consistently good but each ti,enI see improvements being made. It is always very easy to check in, the staff are so helpful and really make you feel valued. The property has a great location close to Dundee City Centre but quietly tucked away. The hotel is spotless, comfortable and always great value for money. Big shout out to Seema who was very pleasant and helpful which made our short stay even better, hold on to her she is a major asset and a little gem.

Excellence all round. Love the conversion, renovation, refurbishment from a former jute mill. A lot of thought has gone into the interior design and rooms extremely comfortable. It didn't bother me at all that you need to walk 10 minutes into the very centre of Dundee with all the main attractions. Really superb customer service and extremely efficient. Will be recommending and probably returning

Really liked the style and decor of this hotel. Room was spotlessly clean, warm and comfortable. A very relaxed atmosphere and staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Lovely breakfast with a good selection of cooked and continental choices. We didn't eat our evening meal here as the location is city centre so lots of other options, highly recommend Gidi Grill, 10 min walk from hotel. A great location for exploring the attractions of Dundee Overall a very pleasant stay and one we'll return to
