Arrived at the hotel, slightly early Thursday. Smiling faces in the reception. As I was early, they kept my luggage, while I looked at the city waiting for the room. When I got back, I checked in. Very little information provided so I assumed there was information in the room containing the likes of WiFi, gym location, things to see, possibility of room service, transport recommendations and more. Looked all over the room and checked television without success. Needed to ask reception when leaving the room. After returning home I received information that I apparently should have been informed that I had 10-15% food and beverage discount in the hotel bars/restaurants. First thing I noticed when entering the large room was a nice view of the city. Lots of windows and very quiet room was nice. Bed had a stain on the bed linen. The linen looked like it was clean otherwise, so likely blood stain or something similar. The bathroom was large but overdue of some maintenance. Mould inside and outside of the shower. Stains under the toilet. Did see one bug on the wall outside of the bathroom, hopefully it was only this one. One of the bulbs in the roof light started blinking after being on 1 min. Saturday, we went for a nice city walk just after early breakfast. Back at the room at approx. 4.30pm for relaxing before going out for dinner. Room had not been cleaned. Had to go down to the reception, ask if there was no housekeeping this day. Should have been cleaned, so we went out again while the room was cleaned. Breakfast was ok. Not a lot to choose from, but something for all. The hotel looked clean and maintained in the reception area. Always fresh apples at the desk. Checkout was easy. 15 min walk to the bus that takes you to the airport.

This has always been the go-to place to stay when visiting our daughter up in Aberdeen….not any more. We always stay in a standard room - it’s clean, affordable and a decent size. This time when we arrived we were given a room that was tiny, not the end of the world but not ideal. I returned to reception and asked if they had a bigger room. I was advised that the only way we could get a bigger room was to upgrade to a premium room at an additional cost of £15 a night. Not a huge amount I know so took them up on the offer. However, when getting into the so-called premium room I found it to be the normal standard room that we’ve had on every other visit. I feel that to move us they simply took the opportunity to charge us more. The hotel seemed to be very quiet and I think the lack of staff members maybe backed this up. What was previously a busy bar area was pretty much deserted with reception looking after that area. On the positives, rooms were clean and well maintained. Beds not too bad, not great either. Really nice shower. Disappointed in the general way the hotel seems to be going and quite annoyed that they can charge for upgrading when simply not the case. It’s tough for this type of business coming out of a pandemic, they really need to do more to get people back. It’s in a great location but the poor service will keep people away

Not impressed. Booked a room at £122 only to be told on arrival there was no kitchen open to provide a cooked breakfast. Did get refund, however defeats the purpose. Limited tea and coffee in room, soap dispenser at sink empty. Bed uncomfortable and we ended up leaving at 7am to go home for breakfast. Wont be staying there again.

We stay at this hotel every time we go to visit our daughter, who's studying at Aberdeen Uni. Brilliant location, just off Union Street, Justice Mill Lane, just a few minutes from a very wide range of shops and restaurants. There's a Wetherspoons, the Justice Mill, opposite. It's about 10 minutes from Aberdeen train station and Union Square, which is completely accessible, it has a huge range of shops and eateries and good accessible toilets and a changing places toilet. There's also a Cineworld. The staff are great. They're friendly and helpful and can't do enough for you. The accessible rooms are spacious and they all have good wet rooms. The buffet breakfast is nice.

I was actually booked into a different hotel for the weekend but was treated atrociously as I am disabled and in a wheelchair. I telephoned Park Inn as I had previously stayed at this hotel several times and they had always treated with the utmost respect and dignity. They once again went above and beyond to squeeze me in as they were extremely busy. From the moment I turned up they are friendly and welcoming and could not do enough for me. My room was everything I could possibly need and more which made me feel so much better after the extremely stressful situation I had just had in my previous hotel which I was supposed to stay in for the entire weekend. Thank you once again xx

After being double booked into a room (due to a system crash, apparently), and nearly walking in on another resident, I was given a front facing room on the fifth floor. The curtain didn't fully meet the edge of the window so there was a lot of light leakage overnight. The smoke detector flashed all night long.
Unfortunately for Park Inn I'm light sensitive so this didn't aid sleep.
The mattress is in need of replacing - the side collapsed and springs could be felt. Randomly I had three different types of pillows out of four: nothing matched.
The carpets were worn and tired. The shower wasn't thermostatic and paid me back early for this negative review by freezing me occasionally before boiling me.
I didn't bother with breakfast as I have stayed before on business and was disappointed. I doubt I missed anything.
I feel that this lets the Radisson name down and really should be given a full refurb. It's tired, worn and creaking (literally with the mattress springs.)
On the upside, it's a 15 mins walk from the station, meaning you can get away easily ...

I have stayed here many times before ad been perfectly satisfied except for the fact that it is usually difficult to control the heating in the room which are usually too cold. This time however it appears the restaurant is closed due to lack of staff so there is no inhouse dining or room service option and breakfast is a brown paper bag with a yogurt and croissant in - not what you expect form this level of hotel and certainly not when you have paid extra for breakfast. Don't advertise what you don't have!!

Rooms are fine, breakfast was a bit noisy due to ammount of people attending breakfast at the same time. Breakfast itself is fine, many choices. Overall hotel is clean and well maintained. Excellent location.

Good afternoon, we do appreciate your feedback and we are glad you enjoyed your stay with us. We have a very busy summer schedule so breakfast can be a busy part of the day. We do hope you return to the hotel if you are back in Aberdeen.

Business trip, no great expectation just a necessity. Whatbrunied it for me waa nit once but twice being asked to move table when i was in the middle of eating my breakfast. This was due to the large tour groups booked into this hotel. I was offered no apogy or compensation for Hotel managements oversights and poor planning. I recommend managment be trained and lay on extra tables or put tour groups elsewhere for meals. Still annoyed.

So, the Park Inn Aberdeen continues to offer room AND breakfast rates directly and via other channels like the travel agency we booked with. HOWEVER, for no other excuse except to save money, they don’t offer a full breakfast. In fact, the offering is a paper bag with a long life carton of juice, a long life croissant, and a warm yoghurt, delivered to your room door. The Receptionist told us it’s because we don’t have the staff anymore. So the hotel has reduced the staff numbers to save money and thus continue misleading customers with advertising of full breakfast when this is not the case. It’s misleading, it’s bad practise and damn right cheeky. The General Manager needs to update their hotel website AND inform travel agencies of the correct offering. So, I took my complaint to my travel agency and the hotel has agreed to refund £6 per person per night for the lack of breakfast. I urge all visitors with “breakfast included” to do the same. Stay elsewhere!
