Stayed here on a weekend break to see Belfast. Lovely clean room right in the city centre. Restaurant was excellent and staff very helpful. It makes such a difference to have nice caring staff. Would definitely stay here again, Belfast is beautiful. Thank you for a great stay.
Lovely hotel close to city centre, very quiet, great location . Top floor room with great view over the city. Comfy bed, plenty hot water. Plenty choices for all you can eat breakfast. Lovely friendly funny staff, so helpful.
Clean basic room. Great shower and lighting. Quiet location. Great unlimited breakfast and unlimited tea/coffee. Friendly staff. Price of room £45 for two, excellent for January time. Total cost including breakfast £65. Booked well in advance. Would definitely stay again.
Overall condition of the hotel was appalling. The hotel rooms were dusty, my initial room had no hot water. I ended up having to clean the whole room myself. When asked if I could have my roomed cleaned, the linens looked like they were not changed and had a layer of lint/dust. I would never stay here again.
Premier Premier Inn Belfast, Alfred Street, was our base during a midweek break in Belfast. The hotel is about 5 minutes walk for a fit person to Europa Bus Station and hotel, City Hall, or the so named “Golden Mile” of pubs and restaurants on the way up University Road. We opted for a Premier Plus room. We tend to spend a couple of hours in the room in the evening so thought this would be a more comfortable option. We were correct. The arm chair and desk chair were well utilised although, why a double room can’t accommodate two arm chairs is a mystery to me. I’d pay a bit extra for this to be honest. The big gains for us were the walk in shower, and the fridge. Being a bit challenged in the mobility stakes, the shower was a great addition. No climbing over the bath side. One thing you might miss if you’re staying a few days is a set of drawers. There is ample room to put a small set in, but maybe no room in the budget. That said, it wasn’t a big black mark. If I had one overriding issue, it was the much vaunted wi-fi. It was awkward at best. We lost it for hours and it was only after a call to reception that they realised there was an issue. It was reset and failed again soon after. Also, trying to connect every day, indeed, every time we returned to the room, was a nuisance. I ended up using data just to end the frustration. We took breakfast on two mornings, one of which was a meal deal from the night before. It was poor on day one, barely warm and with fried eggs looking like they had been there since the night before, but better on day two. Although requesting poached eggs was a source of sarcasm from the kitchen. The evening meal was also nothing special. If we stayed again, we would elect to eat out. Reception and restaurant front of house staff were very helpful and friendly. Overall, a good place to stay if you’re visiting Belfast and want to be just far enough off the main drag to feel the peace and quiet. One issue for some may be the hotel offers no parking, but there is a nearby public pay as you go car park.…
Stayed 3 nights of a 5 night trip to Belfast, Family room on the 6th floor Nice Comfortable Bed, room nice and warm, A bit noisy at night, doors slamming, Noisy People in corridor etc, etc, Bathroom a good size with nice bath with shower, Terrible slow wifi, really really slow. All staff are lovely and helpful, Belfast is a great little spot to visit.
Out of the premier inns in Belfast this one is my favourite and my go to hotel every time I visit. The layout of the rooms are always familiar which for me is brilliant because I would get anxious in hotels but I always know what I’m getting with premier inn. Meeting Bonita at reception is a MUST if you’re staying, she’s amazing and so friendly; I’ve enjoyed every interaction with her.
All the staff was warm and welcoming, always so helpful. The room was very clean. The food was amazing, best hotel breakfast I've had, and the dinner could rival some of the restaurants I visited in Belfast.
Friendly and approachable staff. Hotel was inviting and warm as it was a very cold night out. Bedroom was spacious, planned and laid out very well. Plenty of sockets and usb ports. Bed and bedding was super comfortable which aided in a great nights sleep.
Reasonably central location with a warm and friendly environment. Rooms are a decent size and clean. The street the hotel is on isn't very appealing and is a few streets away from the main center of activity - about a 10 to 15 minute walk away.
