I have been on Thursday, the beef stake was amazing , staff was nice, polite and professional. I will come back again for sure. We have tried some cocktails - there were so tasty , my wife loved them. The atmosphere is brilliant, the kitchen is quick, and food very tasty.

Visited Malmaison for the first time with our friends and luckily we got a 50% discount for the steaks we ordered, apparently was a promotion in place, staff was very friendly and cheerful, and I can say we found the best place to have the best cocktails from super bartender Natalia, can't wait for the weekend to come back and enjoy a great time with friends and family, 5 stars!

Malmaison Belfast is a super hotel in Belfast, Northern Ireland. For anyone who doesn't know Belfast very well, its location is central, siding slightly towards the vibrant and evolving Cathedral area. Its two minute walk from Victoria Square for those that love shopping. The location is 10 out of 10. With regard to the hotel itself, our room was lovely with a large and comfortable bed. A large TV and fridge were included. If you are familiar with the Mal vibe the rooms can be dark and moody with the ability to light them up as required. We drank in the bar and ate in the restaurant. The food and service were excellent at both with a nice relaxed feel. We intend to return to eat dinner again soon. We had one issue with noise. I'm mentioning this not as a criticism but as a positive. The issue was resolved without fuss and with the manager Eamon, making us feel that we were valued as paying customers. Good service like this can be hard to find. This is why I fully recommend that if you are coming to Belfast that you give MalMaison a go. I think you will really enjoy it.

This is our 4th time with Malmaison. A firm favourite of ours and great to see the renovations in the flesh. Excellent stay from start to finish. The room was clean and spacious, and breakfast was great too. No complaints. We hope to be back very soon.

Really positive experience. Was given an early check in since I was visiting for a funeral, staff for this could not have been more helpful. The room and facilities were excellent, good sized and clean room with all the helpful extras you would expect in a Malmaison hotel. Of course it’s all a bit dark, but that is part of the vibe with Malmaison chain so this is really about personal design preferences. A small gripe was that the breakfast took a while to arrive which was surprising since it wasn’t hugely busy. But it didn’t detract from an really good stay. Mrs B really really liked it with Malmaison now her favourite chain.

Great Location for the City Centre and Titanic etc. We booked 4 nights for a well deserved break travelling from the South East. Room was fine, but there was very little hanging space, and no drawers in the room, so we had to live out of the suitcase. Housekeeping & Day Time Reception were wonderful, but unfortunately Breakfast service on the first day was so non existent that I complained to the Duty Manager that I had been sitting there for over half an hour watching 2 members of staff walk around the dining room, without taking my order. And there was only 3 people in there, including me. Duty Manager, G (lovely man) was very apologetic, and I was assured this was not the norm. However, on our last morning, we were kept waiting for so long, my husband had to find a member of staff to place our order for cooked breakfast. Service in the Bar on our first night was also extremely slow, and again, they were not busy. Overall, we wouldn't stay there again.
