Everytime I've stayed here I bump into Alex. He washes the benches he makes sure your evenings going well he even appears at breakfast to make sure you have a full tour of what's on offer. He makes every guest feel like they are special. Which is what staying at a hotel should feel like. Staff are friendly but Alex will always go above and beyond and never let a smile leave his face. What a fab hotel. Super location very central to everything. Staff at check in, bar and breakfast were top class so helpful. Rooms very comfortable with quirky decor. Great cocktails in the bar. Well done highly recommend

We had a fantastic time in Belfast, couldn't fault this hotel at all. Spotless modern rooms. Brilliant service from check in to check out. Got to be one of the best places to stay in Belfast. Close to many bars and restaurants.

My sister and I visited Malmaison Belfast for afternoon tea. The service was second to none and the staff (especially Alex) were excellent! The food was also excellent, and there was no issue at all with the menu being adapted for dietary needs. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend afternoon tea at Malmaison.

We have stayed here on a few occasions now and each time I’ve always been impressed with the stay. We had the dinner package this time, dinner and service were faultless but what I wanted to mention was .. I thought I left a jacket at the restaurant and at check out I mentioned to staff .. they went out of their way to look for the jacket so much so I began to doubt myself thinking I might have left it in the car … well on returning to car .. jacket was there … but the way the staff went out of their way to look for something for me was nothing short of excellent… this is why I will always return. Thank so much 🙂

Went today for coffee. Took a little time as the waiter could not find the jug for the coffee machine. Very apologetic and found it eventually. Great member of staff. Ambiance good even at lunch time. Probably better at night

Me and my partner stayed here for an overnight in December, 5 star service!! The Sunday roast was amazing lots of choice and the breakfast the next morning was beautiful! Hotel staff were very helpful and very pleasant, will be back to stay again thank you malmasionbfor a wonderful stay.

I held my mums 70th in Malmaison in December, we had a private room that looked over the bar it was fantastic! The TV was a great addition as the men could watch the football! We went for the buffet package which was really good value for money was plenty of food and tasted amazing well done to the Chefs! The events lady I Michelle greeted us on arrival which I was quite impressed with after dealing with her for mo ths over e-mail it was great to see a face! Thank you. The staff were great nothing was too much trouble and my mum really enjoyed herself. Located right in City centre so handy but be mindfully not much parking!

We booked my sons intimate wedding reception in the Mal1 function room, Michelle was fantastic to deal with and made our vision come to life beyond our expectations, The room us unique and quite authentic, perfect for our group of 20. Food was beautiful and the service was efficient and pleasant, There's is a small bar in the room which was really great as it kept us separate from the main hotel/bar, we brought our own music playlist and danced the night away. Next time I would definitely book a room and stay over! Thank you to everyone who made the day so special we will most definitely be back.
