Absolute dump! Paid for 3 people and tried to kick us out as they said the room only held two. Continued to be aggressive and inappropriate towards us until they looked at the booking information! Bouncers here feel they have too much power instead of being understanding. Never will be back again especially with the prices they charged, the shower smells of mould and the air conditioning began to smoke! Stay clear

Disgusting vile place shower smells of mould, toilet doesn’t flush properly, bouncers are absolutely disgusting tried to cancel our room at 3am because 3 of us walked in when we booked a room for 3? Inappropriately rude and vile men I will never stay here again and as long I live I will tell everyone I hear that is going to book a room in the etap hotel about how disgusting it is and how rude the staff are, also the air conditioning unit in our room was putting out a lot of smoke and the mains cable to the board in our room is completely exposed being a danger to anyone near it, if a child was to pull on it or accidentally snip the cable they would be electrocuted!! Do not book!!

Been stay here as an essential worker all though COVID with excellent service yet this time it was like a "mad house". Despite the hotel displaying sign saying guest should wear masks, few if any did. Add to that the noise from "guests" returning in the small hours of the night and continuing to party in the corridor plus the noise from the pub next door. One guy even exposed himself to me whilst waiting for the lift Add to that the decor in the room was very tiered with cracks and chips everywhere I'm not going to be staying there anytime soon. Really disappointed as it used to be good value for money Happy to pay more at another hotel rather than go through that again

We have stayed many times in the Etap Belfast - we choose it because it is in a great location and is definitely very good value for money. The staff are always very welcoming and the rooms basic, but clean and comfortable beds.
