I stayed here for a night recently with my wife for a shopping/relaxation trip. The location is in the heart of the city just behind City Hall and we where quickly checked in by a very friendly young lady, whose name escapes me, it may have been Sarah?? Our room was on the 5th floor and was quite small but clean and had all the usual amenities, including an iron and ironing board, which was a nice touch. The staff throughout the hotel and bars/restaurant are extremely helpful & friendly, with a special shout out to Mark in the Linen Lounge for his banter! We had some cocktails in The Loft, which is an upmarket, jazzy, soft lighting and furnishings cocktail bar on the 7th floor, although it wasn’t too busy on our night, so we pretty much had it all to ourselves apart from a few other patrons. Beds where comfortable and we had a great sleep but please adjust the temperature controls of the room, as it can be very warm throughout the night as we found. Breakfast was ok, plenty of choice and variety, but it seemed the hot breakfast items where a little limited, maybe due to the fact we didn’t encounter too many other guests on our stay. Would definitely recommend a stay if you can get a reasonable deal that includes breakfast

Just returned from a long weekend with friends at Ten Square Hotel. Dropped our bags off mid morning after a taxi for six direct from the International Airport ( £50).Checked in at 4 pm to room 321. Third floor with view of side street and extractor fan of Coco Restaurant, which was a bit noisy. Comfortable room though a kettle would have been a good idea. We did have a fridge so bought wine etc for pre dinner drinks as both the main bars in the hotel are closed. The staff are very friendly and efficient and we had exceptional service from Ryan in particular. If you want a drink after your evening meal I suggest you stay at your table as the adjoining bar gets full very quickly. Book restaurants before you go. You can't go to pubs just for a drink so we missed out on the local music scene etc. Which was a shame. We had one evening meal in the Hotel which was very nice, one in Flames, which was great and on in The Thirsty Goat, which was poor. Coco round the corner from the hotel looked nice but we couldn't get booked there. The Chubby Cherub also has a good reputation.
The Titanic Museum is a must ! Just amazing and very Covid friendly. About 30 minute walk from the hotel. We went on a city "hop on hop off" bus tour. Again very good and amazing to see the Peace Wall and gates between the communities, which are still closed at nights !
Got a mini bus trip to the Giants Causeway which included some Game of Thrones sites. Wonderful drive up the East Coast then faster trip back. All day tour but worth it for £25. The Giants causeway is a long walk downhill and back to the visitor Centre, which is not worth the entry fee, and the whole site has three toilets for the hundreds of visitors, but still very much worth seeing and an amazingly scenic drive up the coast..
We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend in Belfast which is very clean, covid friendly, and has the friendliest residents ever !
Flew from Newcastle to Belfast international, about a thirty minute transfer, although the George Best Airport is next to the City itself.
Belfast is great and well worth a visit !

Stayed for one night and found this hotel to be really great. The location is excellent right next to City Hall and central to lots of areas, Victoria Square shopping, Bars and restaurants. Really easy to get from here to the Odyssey Arena Titanic quarter etc.
The staff are all really friendly, helpful and down to earth. Check in was so easy and friendly. Two girls were so helpful especially the girl who helped me with a parking app! And the other lady who showed us where the lifts and stairs were located. The room was really clean and spacious. Very modern and new. There was a mini fridge and lots of tea and coffee, an ironing board decent storage rail and shelf. And good luggage space. The Bathroom was huge with a bath and separate walk in shower.
Breakfast was great. Lots of choice of fruit, yoghurts, cereal, meats and cheeses, hot breakfast with soda bread and potato bread! Really nice. The staff at breakfast were so helpful and friendly.
We also had food in Jaspers restaurant- it has a good choice of dishes reasonably priced and we enjoyed everything. Again we had a really nice male staff member who checked in regularly to make sure we were enjoying our food. I even saw one of the female staff members (she was greeting and seating people) go and get some herbal tea for a guest! So thoughtful. The bar area was really comfortable and relaxed ( it has TVs dotted about for Sports fans!) with a very friendly and patient barman who recommended “bramble” cocktails when we asked for his advice! They were perfect! We sat on quite late chatting in the lounge area where we encountered the night porter or night manager ( not sure which) who was again really friendly and efficient. He got us a couple of night caps (Baileys!) and then we retired. Our check out was easy and friendly. - The customer service in this hotel is outstanding. I loved this place. I will return. Thanks to everyone.

I'm not sure how this hotel continue to market themselves as 4 stars. The service during my stay was ridiculously bad. The hotel was at capacity and was visibly understaffed. We stayed in a three person room and were not even provided with three glasses, we spent more time ringing and visiting the reception desk than we did in our actual room. The hotel staff kindly found us a seat in the bar where we were asked by bar staff "who brought you in here." We were sat at a filthy table and told that they didn't have every drink we asked for from the menu. The attitude of the waitress was disgusting and I have never been treated so rudely anywhere. We asked reception for water, and glasses as we could not get anything from the bar and we were told they had no resources available, and the reception staff kindly filled a jug that we brought to the room ourselves. How is any of this 4 star service? If the hotel want to treat people badly and do the bare minimum they should drop their prices to that of a chain basic hotel because that's how they acted.
Also if you want to know where you are staying is taking health and safety seriously and adhering to government guidelines around Covid I would give this place a miss, the lobby was full of people without masks, the staff clearly don't share guidance or ask anyone to follow their guidelines and the cleanliness is far below standard. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

We stayed here for a family occasion and disappointed is an understatement. The woman that checked us in was very nice and helpful but that's where it ends. We were booked into 3 separate rooms, I had asked previously if we could have the rooms next to each other or on the same floor, I was told that this could be arranged on the day at check in. When we arrived, which we were on time, we were told that it wasn't possible to have the rooms next to each other or on the same floor. All 3 rooms had dirty grubby floors, there was little to none shower gel/shampoo, very little toilet paper, the TV controls must have never been cleaned. The room on the 6th floor had constant noise right through to the early hours of the morning as it was under the residents bar. There was hand sanitiser dispensers around the hotel which the majority of them had no sanitiser in them. We went to see if we could have dinner in Jospers restaurant, which was no big deal if we couldn't, but we were greeted with an ignorant condescending staff member saying that is has to be booked that we can't just show up when ever we wanted, even though there was a room completely empty. When we arrived for breakfast we were queueing for ages as did other guests, which for a supposedly 4 star hotel shouldn't have happened. The young waiters that took our breakfast order was extremely nice and helpful but they were treated horribly by management. An older staff member was bringing out our breakfast, which he was not wearing a mask while serving the food, and he was asking who ordered what, my father said what he ordered and he was told by the staff member "I only have 2 hands" this is completely unacceptable and there was no need for a comment like that. The breakfast was an overpriced 1 star fry. At check out we were rushed out by a manager and we were never asked how was our stay and we didn't get the opportunity to express our concerns as the manager walked away. It's safe to say that we will not be recommending this hotel and will never stay there again! 4 star prices for a 1 star experience.

Stayed here with my wife for 1 night to celebrate my birthday. We requested a room in a quiet location and the request was met, very quiet the whole night. On arrival to the room I was surprised with some chocolates and a card from the hotel. Room was very clean and modern. There was a smart tv in room so it’s possible to watch programmes on catch up. We got dinner in Jospers. Excellent food and service from start to finish. After dinner we got drinks at the residents bar. When we ready to go back room my wife asked at the bar if we could have a jug of water for the room (as we had forgotten to bring water) which they were happy to do for us. In the morning we went for breakfast. Again food and service was fantastic. Breakfast was entirely waiter service and staff were attentive and came round for top ups of juice and tea/coffee. On check out the man at reception was friendly and asked if everything was ok with our stay and he passed my parking card through so we could get reduced rate for parking. Very enjoyable stay and a memorable birthday.

Recently stayed overnight in this hotel, room was very clean and comfortable, bed was pure luxury. I had requested a room with a bathtub but it's only available for an upgraded cost of 40 pounds which was disappointing.
Regretably our room was at back end of the hotel so no nice views over the city hall and gardens for us. However a front facing room would allow for this. We had views onto a back street and offices buildings.
Hotel was quiet and relaxing.
We enjoyed dinner in the restaurant, food was amazing and service very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast the next day was also lovely.
Overall a lovely stay. Maybe next time we will get a room with a view which would just add to the experience.

I just want to start by saying a massive thank you to Ten Square for how amazing and professional the staff were for our wedding on 22nd February. Mohammad and Stephen who dealt with our wedding during the day and into the night were just brilliant. The Linenhall suite was perfect and looked amazing.

Nothing was too much to ask for from the team, they made us feel so special and it truly was the best day of our lives.

The wedding service they provide is so reasonably priced compared to other Belfast hotels and the service and atmosphere at the hotel was first class. No regrets picking this venue and would highly recommend to anyone. They didnt put a foot wrong all day and we both felt so relaxed knowing everything was under control.

Everyone commented on what a great venue we picked, how good the food and service was and how lovely the rooms were for staying overnight.

We got to stay in the fabulous Jaffe Suite for 2 nights which was amazing and really was the icing on the cake.

Massive thanks to all the wedding team at Ten Square. Our day was just perfect.

Hannah and Eamonn

Hotel itself is lovely, rooms are what they are, nothing special but clean. Food was delicious and staff serving were really accommodatating. However, comes to room service, needs to improve their customer service. If you don't want to work late and offer room service then don't. Customer is paying and expects to be treated with respect. Easy out having only certain drinks left at 11.00pm for room service only but still charging prices for high end drinks. Really disappointed with room service and won't be returning on that basis. Please have your staff accommodate all customers and not just ones that seem to be allowed sit in bar not eating. After spending a fortune on food and drink in the bar area and then made to feel like we were making trouble asking for a drink to the room, won't be recommending on this basis and this basis alone. To Mohamed and the chef thank you for delicious food and excellent service.

We booked a one night stay on a Saturday in November. The hotel is aesthetically very well presented on the outside and entrance lobby. It was beautifully dressed for Christmas too! The check in was welcoming and straight forward and our room included breakfast which we didn’t realise.
The room itself was small, but perfectly clean and had everything we needed. We had a rainfall shower, a comfy bed, fridge, tea/instant coffee facilities and complimentary bottled water. Wonderful night stay!
The most impressive part of the hotel is the Loft roof top bar, which we thought we’d try before going out for dinner. Wow! Very rustic, it felt quite 1920s style which was amazing, and we had an amazing view of the city whilst staying warm. The waitress was incredibly warming and welcoming. The cocktails ranged from around £9-£12 but they were worth every penny. The best cocktails I’ve had anywhere, in fact. We stayed for a second as they were so good! The atmosphere was perfect for us too, pretty quiet with gentle music in the background. We could chat easily without having to shout over the music like in other cocktail bars. Highly recommended!
Breakfast was very quiet the next morning. The menu was small but sounded lovely. We only ended up having porridge though, which was delicious, instead of a full cooked breakfast as we woke up early to go on the Game of Thrones Studio Tour so we didn’t fancy anything massive. Coffee was a self service bean to cup machine which was ideal, and toast was also self service with various condiments.
I would definitely stay here again if we go back to Belfast!

The restaurant menu was chosen from their set menu, I don’t remember being offered any daily specials. The choices are what I would call traditional hotel choices ( steaks, fish and chips, etc) but all very well cooked and great fresh ingredients. If you choose to have a breakfast, you have the choice of a number of cooked dishes from the breakfast menu, plus self serve yoghurt, toast etc. The hotel has some rooms in the original building and others in a modern extension - both areas are served by lifts.
