We arrived to a warm and friendly welcome . The hotel is well presented and so central . ( smallest drawback is there is no parking but there is parking available approx 5 mins walk ) The room was quiet and clean . I love the space around the sink for all Your bits . We had breakfast in bed and it arrived on time , warm and with a smile what more could you ask for !

Room fine...only strange thing was king size duvet cover with a double quilt inside it uncomfortable throughout the night as kept moving inside apart from that room was fine. Staff fine.location good.

I stayed for a few nights and found my room very comfy with a big bed and a superb shower. The staff were all very helpful and pleasant to interact with. The location is great for exploring the city. £15 for breakfast seems a bit steep so I didn’t bother when there are so many other places in the vicinity. I will definitely stay on my next trip. The location right in the city centre, the hotel was spotless, my room was spacious and modern. The staff were very helpful and attentive nothing was a problem to them. We had dinner in the hotel (Jospers) and it was amazing and the service was first class. An amazing stay thanks to all at tensquare can't wait to book again.

I stayed with some girlfriends back in November 2021 and we had a fabulous time. Last week I brought my husband for 2 nights and it was equally as pleasant. The hotel is very well located to all amenities. Kate and her staff are outstanding, always ready to help or assist with a smile. Hotel is clean, comfortable and warm. TV is great with so many channels to choose from. Food both for breakfast and dinner is delicious and served with a smile. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing experience. Kate and her team are A1, and I will be back again soon! Thank you all

My stay was absolutely superb. Things could not have gone smoother. We had been dealing with the lovely South African girl,Erin. She was patient and accommodating to all of our extreme requests! All members of staff were outstanding and everyone we encountered were professional and friendly. We will most definitely be back and would highly recommend!

Great night away for my Wife’s Birthday. I’d ordered a turn down of rose petals on the bed with champagne and both were in the beautiful Yorkshire suite when we checked in. Couldn’t fault the room but it was cold but a call to reception and the Maintenance man was straight up but unfortunately he couldn’t fix it. Both he and the rest of the staff were all apologetic and without any fuss at all swapped us to another room which happened to be the Jaffe Penthouse Suite which was stunningly palatial with a great terrace and city view. We dined in Jospers Resaurant for a superb meal and finished the night in the bar for few (too many) nightcaps. All the Staff, both front and back of house throughout the hotel were courteous, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We’ll definitely be back.…

Myself, my partner and our two friends stayed at the hotel for my partner’s 30th birthday for two nights. The hotel was in a great location, walking distance from the shops and bars as well as being a short taxi ride away from Belfast City Airport. The hotel was lovely inside and although the rooms were compact, they had everything they needed and were clean. I arranged balloons to be placed in the room prior to checking in and this was no trouble for the porter, Kevin, who made sure they were ready for our arrival. The bag drop room came in handy both on our day of check in and check out. We also visited the bar on the 7th floor which was lovely and they had a great selection of drinks to choose from. Would definitely stay again if I return to Belfast and would recommend! My only negative was that on our day of check in we showered late afternoon and the water was cold! It was fine the other days though.…

Lovely welcome from Leah on arrival, easy check-in. Lovely room, very clean, everything we needed in the room. Ample sockets by the bed, which is a big plus for us. Very comfortable bed, the most comfortable I've slept in, so comfortable that we had a lie in and skipped breakfast! All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Lovely dinner in Jospers, food and service were faultless. Location was perfect, short walk to our venue. Quiet for a city centre location. This waa our 1st time staying here, and we were really impressed. We have 2 stays booked over coming months, and I'm really looking forward to them.

I have just spent Christmas in this beautiful hotel which is situated in the centre of Belfast close to all the tourist attractions. My room was very comfortable and clean, the food was delicious and the staff were first class. The Christmas lunch was outstanding. It was a feast fit for a king. The staff all worked extremely hard on Christmas Day and Boxing Day to make my stay and my group's a memorable one. I would like to give a particular vote of thanks to the chef who very kindly made me delicious vegan food so that I too could enjoy the Christmas festivities. I would certainly return to this hotel again.
