As my heading says, another great stay.. Having stayed here on a number of previous occasions, we simply can't fault this hotel.. Staff are very pleasant, caring, and very professional.. The smile as you arrive at check in, & the " yes sir, what can I get you..?" At the bar.. You're so welcomed here... The room was immaculately clean and comfortable bed.. If you need a taxi, just ask a member of staff and it's ordered for you.. The hotel is a few mins slow walk to the bars and restaurants of that part of the city.. And it took us around 10mins to walk to St George's Market.. Bus station is just 4mins walk away.... Thank you to all staff..
Great hotel nothing negative about it,very clean, pleasant staff, great breakfast and bright contemporary reception, dining area. The hotel is central and near good restaurants and bars as an IHG member we were on the 8th floor which looked out onto Hope Street. The room was quiet the bed was comfortable and a super king a great bonus was a nice bathroom and bath. The staff couldn’t have been nicer, overall a good experience
We came with our 3 young children and we will definitely be back very child friendly all staff are so nice especially Inga who went out off her way both days to give the kids games and colouring books
From the moment I stepped in the door of the hotel I got first class service from reception the manager on duty Martini was amazing she could not do enough so warm charming and helpful I need help with an issue not hotel related she was on it straight away I visit Belfast a lot for work and will stay and recommend holiday Inn Belfast City Centre.. Once again thank you holiday Inn all the staff and the gem of a manager Marini top marks 10 out of 10.. Fintan.
This location is great, only minutes from Crown Bar, however the beds were some of the most uncomfortable I’ve slept in at an IHG ( we were on the 7th floor), and there was no conditioner (so make sure you bring some). The breakfast was decent, $12 per person, mostly English breakfast and the bread selection was poor (mostly toast and if you were lucky baguette, but mainly white plain bread), very limited vegetables, only tomatoes. Overall a bit disappointing , but the location was great.
Front desk staff was amazing Shout out to the blonde gal ( worked days) Room was clean Location was ideal for touring around . Breakfast was good both mornings. We arrived early luggage was stored for us . Room was clean amenities in bathroom was good.
Everything was great start to finish, check-in was easy and was able to check in early with the girl on reception chantelle. who was very friendly and had great recommendations for drinks and tours, had dinner in the restaurant with friends one evening and was served by Inga? i Believe she was great. room tidy and kept refreshed by housekeeping breakfast exactly what to expect
Terrific hotel! The hotel itself is slightly dated but was very comfortable, clean and good value. Sleep quality was excellent but the room felt a little bit cold at times despite having the heater on high. The water pressure in the evening (shower) wasn’t great but it was terrific the next morning after half of the hotel had checked out. What made it for me was the staff. Check-in was flawless - Thank you Cloven for being so lovely. The cafe/food/restaurant experience was also top notch. Again I think it’s the staff that make this place so wonderful. Thank you Lois who was fabulous! we had a 10 minute chat two mornings in a row about travelling. Next time I come to N’Ireland I will absolutely book this hotel again.
I have stayed in The Holiday Inn on a few occasions and I can honestly say that I wouldn't stay in an other hotel in Belfast. From check in to check out staff were friendly and helpful. I would especially like to thank Nicolle who checked us both in and out. She is very friendly and helpful and has great local knowledge and was able to help us decide on the best places to visit. The hotel is very clean and there is a lovely atmosphere. The food in their restaurant is excellent and again the staff were lovely. Thank you Holiday Inn. Can't wait for our next visit.
Stayed here for business for the first time, great aura around the place. Enrolled in a free rewards club during check in thanks to the lovely Chloe and Lily, £0 fee for signing up, 500 rewards club points as a bonus and a late check out the next day as a benefit! Will definitely choose to stay here again
