Budget accomodation near to the city The hotel is divided three different buildings. The reception is in the pub. The rooms are small but clean. The bathroom was a little chabby. (The shelf was torn off from the wall) The continental breakfast was in a shared kitchen, in a self made way 😀 Jam, butter orange and apple juce, milk in the fridge, cornflakes toastbread in the desk. The washing up the dishes was also selfmade with questionable result... All in all this accomodation for 1 or 2 days is ok.

Lovely little place, went for 2 nights for my birthday, room was spotlessly clean Kitchen area immaculate and everything you needed in there for a good breakfast to start your day,you can even bring your own stuff and make it in the kitchen if needed. The staff were lovely and welcoming First night we stayed in the bar down stairs, great live music, drinks good, and they brought out nibbles and gave them out to everyone😊 Bus stop right outside, get a day saver for £4.20 and takes you into the town last bus back is 11pm Would 100% recommend

Loved the rooms and private facilities, was on the top floor so had a nice view outside, bus stop straight out the front so was easy to get into city centre. Well priced and staff were great. Bed and bedding more comfortable than most hotels, and so close to many restaurants and convenience shops. The only letdown was a couple of minor cleaning issues- a hair on my pillow and few in the bathroom - maybe an extra hairy guest stayed before me 🧐 would definitely stay again

Check in process was great, taken directly to our room, little kitchen area for laundry and breakfast was for all guests but clean, modern and spacious. Great location for restaurants and pubs and convenience stores. Uber only 6£ to rail station. Thankful for the fan in my room! Tasteful decor.

Called in for a drink after attending Belsonic. The bar was very warm and the air was musty to such an extent we had to sit outside. Very unpleasant experience. Left after one drink. Possible that there was a fault with the air conditioning but felt very uncomfortable.

Myself and my boyfriend stayed for 1 night and I couldn’t fault this hotel at all. We were personally taken to our room when we arrived by one of the woman working at the bar. The room we were in was small but it was super cosy, very clean, comfy bed and it had everything we needed. The staff that worked in the hotel was exceptionally friendly and chatty and made us feel extremely welcome. I was so surprised to be told that there was a kitchen down the stairs from us that contained tables and chairs, milk, juice, cups, ironing board/iron, cereal, bread, butter and loads more for all the guests to help themselves to. Although we never used it, it was such a lovely touch, I’ve never came across that in a hotel before. The pub down the stairs from the hotel was great, really lovely bar staff and guests. For what we paid for our stay, I couldn’t fault anything. I would 100% stay again if we ever returned to Belfast, thanks for having us.

Had my 50th birthday party here. What a fantastic night. Food was amazing and plenty of it. DJ was organised by them and was brilliant. Staff were great helped me set up and let me leave presents in a safe room to collect the next day. So friendly and efficient. Definitely recommend.
