We stayed here for a week. We were welcomed with tea and coffee at check-in and Roger carried our heavy cases up the two flights of stairs to our room in the roof. The room was cosy with a nice bathroom and plenty of hot water (except for one unexplainable nighT), a comfy bed and tv etc. We had a really good sleep every night. We took the bus into Belfast c enter, really easy. Breakfast was "interesting" with not too much choice. I suggest to Roger and Olive you may want to consider expanding your choices. WE enjoyed our time here, hosts were excellent and caring.
What a beautiful place! Thank you, Olive and Roger. It was such a joy to stay here during our last weekend in the city. The house is absolutely lovely and feels very homely – I doubt there is a better place to stay in Belfast! Our room had a big comfortable bed, high-quality bedding, lovely large windows with full black-out curtains, plenty of charging sockets, tea with biscuits and everything we could want. Also, the hotel itself is very well located and easy to move around. Breakfast is highly recommended. It must be paid apart and ordered in advance. My husband and I tried different options during our stay and everything was very special, prepared with lots of care and beautiful ingredients. Make sure to try the Irish wheat bread with homemade jam. After a long working week in Belfast, we couldn't have wished for a better place to recover our batteries before returning to London. I hope to come back soon!…
Ravenhill House is a lovely B&B just a short busride from Belfast city centre. It was very easy to find and there is a carpark at the rear of the house. We parked up on arrival and didn't use the car again until we left! On arrival we were offered a cup of tea or coffee whilst checking in. The rooms are lovely and themed depending on the decor. We had the Flax room which was at the top of the house. Tea and coffee facilities are available in the room and outside the room was a small fridge with bottled water and fresh milk - this was refreshed daily. The bed was extremely comfortable with lovely bedding. USB sockets are freely available in the rooms, either on the wall socket or an adapter. Just remember to bring your charging lead. Breakfast was ordered the night before and you can order online (before 10pm) using the QR code available in your room. Breakfast was an extra in our booking but it is very reasonably priced, great choices and absolutely delicious. There are plenty of eateries and pubs in the vicinity of the property, too. We took the bus into Belfast city centre - the bus stop was 5 minutes walk away and a day bus ticket was just over 3 Euros, payable to the driver. You pay by debit card and use the card as your ticket each time you boarded the bus.…

Hi Olive and Roger, Just a quick note to say thank you to you both for a luxurious nights stay in your fabulous Bed and Breakfast. Your attention to detail in the house is superb and you are both very gracious hosts. We will definitely return ! Thank you Barbara and Stephen Dublin.
Great BnB! The room was very comfortable with a pretty good location, short taxi rides to all the attractions. The food was AMAZING. Those were the best eggs I've ever had. Seriously. Fresh herbs, amazing jam for the toast and great french press coffee
Had a lovely relaxing stay at the ravenhill house. It's only around the corner from ormeau rd which has loads of bars and restaurants. The accomodation is beautifully decorated very comfortable and had a great night sleep followed by an amazing breakfast you won't want to miss!
Great location. Beautifully restored Victorian house with period features. Recently decorated. Car park available at rear of the building. Pretty front garden and small seating area outside. Rooms are spacious and super cosy. Large comfortable beds ( king size). En-suite bathrooms ( with shower). Toiletries provided ( refills available). Coffee ( instant), and tea making facilities in rooms. Fresh milk and chilled water provided and replenished daily. Breakfast is superb. Made to order by Olive, snd by Roger ( the charming hosts). Fresh high quality ingredients ( locally sourced) with the emphasis on traditional Irish home cooking. We sampled the restaurants locally and we were able to walk or use the frequent buses to access Belfast city centre. We had a rental car for more adventurous trips. Stairs lead to the bedrooms, so a level of fitness is required. Also the City can be a little noisy at night. I’m over sensitive to it as I live in a country area. So I use ear plugs. But honestly, these are minor issues. Ravenhill House is an absolute gem. Our expectations were exceeded ,and we can’t wait to return.…
This is a great place to stay, bright and welcoming and comfortable. We live round the corner so it is an extra spare room, where friends we cannot fit into the house can enjoy some real comfort. Our friends appreciated the fan provided to deal with an extreme heatwave, good shower and excellent breakfasts.
Luxuriously comfortable stay a stones throw from the bustling Ormeau Rd and city centre Belfast. Boutique accomodation, pristine bath & shower and crisp linen. Attentive yet discrete hosts will help you get the most from your stay. We had great fun among the people of Belfast and in the surrounding countryside. Dark Hedges, a hidden wonder. Will return for the amazing breakfast!
