The Drag Brunch was brilliant. Really enjoyed it. The entertainment was excellent. The food was lovely. The staff were all very helpful. Would really recommend attending future events . I will definitely be going back to future events
Attended my first Drag brunch at the Balmoral on Sunday and what can I say from start to finish everything was amazing!!! The attention to detail on the whole day was outstanding would highly recommend this day to anyone looking a fun Sunday afternoon out, the entertainment before the show was brilliant, the show itself was outstanding and a lovely buffet and a glass of fizz brought to each table & included in the ticket price was fantastic!!! Had drinks in the bar after and the atmosphere was lovely and relaxed perfect end to a brilliant day. Couldn’t recommend the Balmoral highly enough and the staff are wondetful, nothing is too much trouble and they go above and beyond!! I can’t wait to go back!!
I recently booked The Richmond Suite in The Balmoral Hotel, to hold a personal development event. The events team led by Corinne were incredible from start to finish. Everything was taken care of which allowed me to concentrate on my event and nothing else. The room was set up hours prior to me arriving and staff were on hand during the event to endure it's smooth running. Highly recommend here for venue hire, with it's facilitaties, parking on suite and an easy access to motorways. Thank you to Damien and Team at the Balmoral , will definitely be back
I regularly attend events at the balmoral with my friends, partner and family, I cannot fault it one bit, amazingly friendly staff, accommodating and helpful. Magical events for everyone (Christmas, kids shows, nightclub style events, game shows, comedy nights and cabaret) with a HUGE range of different performers (Showgirls, fire performers, drag queens, burlesque performers, sword swallowers, hula hoopers, singers, musicians and comedians) you name it the balmoral have it. On top of this the food and cocktails are out of this world and service always comes with a smile! Damian has a hotel and team he should be incredibly proud of. Can’t wait to get back!
Visited the Balmoral hotel for a girls catch up ,rooms were spotless, food was gorgeous, staff were so friendly and helpful ,the drag brunch is a must absolutely fantastic ,defo visiting again. Fab 👌
Another great stay, we booked the executive suite and it is so worth it. Orlagh on reception is so friendly and remembered us from our previous stay. Nothing is too much for her. Food was gorgeous and friendly staff as always. We look forward to our next stay.
Hello, I attended the balmoral on Sunday dor the drag brunch. I had booked and paid for VIP reserved seating. When I made the booking I was made aware that the reserves seating were in tables of 10 which was fine, I had booked and paid for 7 tickets. When we arrived yesterday there were suppose to be 11 at our table which was one more than was advertised but there were actually 12 as apparently the group had brought an extra person with them. First of all I have to say that we were grateful for the round of drinks provided to apologise for the inconvenience, but when I think about it, it wasn’t really good enough, we booked and paid for 7 seats which the other party did not but we were all squashed together, the glass of fizz on the table, we were unable to drink as the people that were already at the table moved to the other side of the table so we did not want to drink the fizz as we were unsure if they had been touched or not and when the buffet food came out we had one between 7 of us and the others had one between 5 when in fact they had only paid for 4. It was a great day and we all really enjoyed it but it felt like we were the ones that had just arrived not booked on.…
Visited the lady Ann fir a mid-week meal We ordered the steak Was done to perfection an was delicious Had the old tschool cake an custard for desert which also was delicious Staff were so friendly Was a great atmosphere delivering a beautiful relaxing evening

Really well done, staff were great..all the 'rangers' dressed in the right gear..were brilliant with the kids ...of all ages and abilities. Make a great educational show...main guy speaking has just the right mix of facts and fun. The dinasours themselves were very impressive especially the big ones! All the children looked to enjoy it. Candyfloss and popcorn given out to everyone as well. Great fun. Just the right amount of people.....the dads cod even get a wee pint at the bar! Great to see local people putting on a great event!
