We chose the hotel as a change from the Premier in Lisburn and stayed for two nights. The rooms are comfortable although the tap in the bathroom was a bit noisy when you ran the water and the shower could do with a rail to grab when you step out of it. We ate in the Lady Anne restaurant in the evenings ,Fish & Chips were good and hot on the first night but my wife found the veg and yorkshire pudding that came with the Daube of Beef unpalatable as it was cold although my Lady Anne burger was okay on our second night. The Courtyard Suite is where breakfast is served but make sure you wear something warm if you book 8:30am in the morning. Fiona on reception managed to sort out a room on the level with reception as originally we would have had to climb the stairs which would have been difficult for me so thank you Fiona. As a stranger new to this part of Northern Ireland I would say it is easier to get to on the Lisburn ring road rather then go past Dunmurray om the M1 to the next junction and come back on the otherside.

Had a lovely stay. We got a family room which was very spacious and had 2 double beds. Room was very clean, bathroom was gorgeous. Staff where extremely friendly and wonderful with my 2 young children. Breakfast was nice but could have been better. Only issue really was a young girl sitting on a video call being extremely loud at 11pm for over an hour on the top of the stairs outside our room and after telling reception nothing was done

This hotel is wonderful from the moment you walk in, it feels very welcoming. The suite was beautiful big corner couch ,spacious lounge and situated behind the media wall there was a separate area with a huge comfortable bed along with a lovely added extra of a deep bath in the bedroom. There was also a dressing room area and of course the huge bathroom was beautifully decorated with a double vanity sink unit.

Came here last night great music unfortunately there was a man doing the rounds on the dance floor being inappropriate to myself my niece asked him to stop but he continued to dance inappropriately behind us laughing, he was seen doing this to other women too . So we left the dance floor and returned to our table. He himself went back to his own table and his two female friends approached our table with an attitude and clearly wanted to start something and the 2 door men stood by and watched them approach our table but yet we where the ones asked to leave what a joke. I guess if you are a regular at this establishment it’s ok do touch women and do sexual references behind us and let them approach our table to try to intimidate us sort yourself out il never be back to this place, ladies avoid here

Went for an Galentines themed event a few days ago, had never been to the Balmoral hotel before and it was absolutely amazing! The staff here were more than welcoming and you could tell the hard work they all put into helping pull off the event, they were all fantastic, bar staff, restaurant and the manager is brilliant 🙌

Stayed with family for a night with breakfast. Superior room which was more than big enough for family of 4 ( 3YO and 5 YO). Rooms were spotless and warm! The staff were friendly and polite, nothing too much hassle! Ample parking and hi speed wifi I could stream on with no hassle! Breakfast was beautiful, played not a buffet for warm but was for continental! Highly recommend a stay here if in Belfast Jacqui was very helpful on check in a real fountain of knowledge for the local area!!! Jessica and her team in the Lady Anne kept us well watered and fed!!!

A really excellent stay, comfy and clean room, slept really well on good quality bedding. Coffee and tea facilities refreshed daily. Spacious and clean shower room. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfasts are very good and dinners in the restaurant were too, highly recommend the chicken fajitas. The sports bar has plenty of atmosphere. Plenty of parking available and the location was excellent for me. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. The only minor downside is the thin walls though this wasn't an issue for me as my neighbours were fine and I was never disturbed. You could get unlucky here though that wouldn't be the hotel's fault.
