Booked a double room with this hotel in September 2021 for a concert in June 2022. Everything was confirmed & paid for. Then less than a week before the concert I got a call to say it had been cancelled as they had no rooms! Seriously? When confronted, they couldn't give any further explanation. Could it be they realised they could make more money by cancelling & readvertising for another desperate concert goer at twice the price? Disgusting customer service!

Brilliant guesthouse, Diana, couldn't have done enough for us, my son was in the city hospital,an l wanted to stay close by. It was a very worrying time for us, so good to get a comfortable place, with a friendly face close by, thank you all so much, for, your help xx

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful house in Belfast. The bed was so comfortable it was hard to get out of, and the owners were extremely welcoming and friendly. The room was nicely decorated and furnished with everything we needed. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to travellers.

My family and I had the most amazing experience at this establishment. Breakfast was delicious and the team were wonderful! We ordered the Avenue fry, french toast, blueberry pancakes and banana & chocolate pancakes. Extremely helpful and informative with regards to local information. They went further and beyond in being patient with us as we were travelling with little children. Also to note, breakfast is halal.

Manned the house Sunday evening so we could arrive late, breakfast was really tasty and wide variety of choice, and rooms spotless. Bed was very comfortable too. Manageress was really welcoming, chatty but not 'in your face'

Good bed and breakfast located not far from Belfast city center. it is possible to get a bus or go on foot downtown. The breakfast was nice. you can chose between different options. Clean and comfortable bedrooms.

I booked Avenue House very quickly on the way from Dublin with my mum. When we arrived Diana was very welcoming and showed me our twin room. We had a wonderful stay here. It’s in a great location and Diana told us about different things and places to see. We found it very clean, comfy and the hospitality was excellent. When we decided to come back to Belfast the next night we didn’t hesitate to book the room again. All in all, it was a great experience and most of all Diana was always smiling! Ethan and Hilda

Avenue House is a clean and welcoming place to stay. Breakfast is made fresh and there is a lot of choice. The staff are extremely friendly and will go out of their way to help you with any issues. Would definitely recommend!
