The room is basic but does have air conditioning the bed is comfortable and got a good nights sleep. Check in took ages as they only had 1 receptionist on. The breakfast was excellent. The location is fantastic just 2 min walk from city centre.

Staff were very freindly and helpfull. One of the best hotels I've stayed in. Extremely clean and had all toiletries. Breakfast was one of the best breakfasts that I've seen a hotel make. It's worth the price, would love to stay again when I'm back in belfast.

Great location. Currently only serving Pizza in the evening but they were excellent. Rooms spotless and air conditioned. Staff friendly and welcoming. One girl, in particular, Charlene, stood out for us. She was excellent at her job and really cared about the customers. She is a real asset to the hotel. Parking available a short distance from the hotel.

Response from IBIS Belfast City Centre, General Manager at Ibis Belfast City Centre

Good Evening Maria M, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us, we really appreciate it. I am so pleased to see you had a lovely stay and felt our service and facilities were worthy of 5 Stars, it is very reassuring to see standards were kept so high even during this busy Summer. It is great to see the location was such an advantage and hopefully you enjoyed exploring Belfast from our prime spot in the heart of the City. There is so much to see and do in the local area so hopefully you liked what you saw. When we reopened this year we started with a full menu but in response to customer demand we quickly realised Pizzas were our main seller so we added more pizzas and took away the other items. This also suited the hotel well as suppliers were struggling to fulfill orders when hospitality establishments reopened after lockdown and we continuously were missing stock. This is something we will look at when the crazy Summer is over and we will add additional items again to ensure there is a wider selection. We are delighted you enjoyed your Pizza. It is very pleasing to see you found the whole team to be so friendly and helpful, throughout your stay, Charlene is so proud to see her special mention and it is great for her to get the recognition she deserves. Charlene is a fantastic member of staff who guests and staff adore. Thank you for all of your kind comments and we hope our ideal rooms, unrivalled location and outstanding service will encourage you to stay with us again on your next trip to Belfast. We look forward to seeing you again soon. Kind Regards, Claire Davidson Duty Manager
