I am a nurse who was unable to return home during the COVID 19 pandemic due to shielding relatives. The team at Stay in Belfast kindly made myself and several other colleagues feel welcome as we used their facilities as a base for the months of May and June. I am forever grateful for this, the hospitality we received was next to none. The rooms are fantastic, clean and modern. Bathroom and kitchen facilities were all finished to a high standard which made being away from home that little bit easier. Just want to thank the whole family again, could not recommend this stay more!

A group of three of us recently stayed at the Ireton by Stay in Belfast. Having spent a night at a hostel nearby, which was completely not up to standards, we headed over to the Ireton and they were able to accomodate us at very short notice. The staff there were very helpful and informative and even allowed us to check out the hotel before we booked our stay for the next 3 nights. The room was small but cosy with tea/coffee facilities and a kitchen nearby where you could store food in the fridge and cook (if required). The hotel was close to plenty of cafes and restaurants and was about a 20 minute walk into Belfast city. The reason for the 3 stars is that despite us staying at this hotel for 3 nights, not once did housekeeping attend to the room. We almost ran out of toilet paper on our final night and there was no way of contacting reception to request more as there was no one there when we returned from our day’s outing. The only number available was an out of hours number for if you locked yourself out. Additionally, the fan for the bathroom was inconveniently located on the ceiling and one had to literally climb onto the bathroom bench to reach it! It also didn’t function properly as the mirror was left fogged for many hours after. All in all, a nice, affordable, comfy place to stay. I recommend.

Hi there, thank you for taking the time to review. We are pleased you enjoyed your stay and that you would recommend us. For future stays, the out of hours telephone number is for any issues that you may experience- there is generally a staff member on site or the security team in the area. We hope to welcome you back again soon and we hope you enjoyed your time in Belfast.

Stayed here overnight to attend my works christmas night out. I only live an hour away but public transport is terrible. The price was excellent. Very clean rooms and a separate kitchen that can be used on a self catering basis. No breakfast provide but tea and coffee facilities in the room. Easy to find and nearby public parking in a car park and some roadside parking if you can find a spot. Totally recommend I intend to come again for a night away with my hubby.

Myself and my group of friends stayed here for a night. It was absolutely lovely. The staff were friendly on arrival. Our room was perfect, it was clean and tidy. The facilities were all provided and even some extra treats like water and crisps! The kitchen facilities were perfect too. A lovely stay and would definitely recommend it!

We took bus to Belfast from Dublin, and than walk 10 minutes arriving here. The room is spacious, clean, comfortable, and feel like home, I even can sit on the floor directly. There are so many wall sockets, some of those including USB socket, so you don't need to bring adaptor, just having cable is enough. The counter staff is so kind, they will try to solve any problem you got. For me, It's worth so much to stay her again.

Had my sister's hen party in Belfast this weekend and we stayed here! The location of The Ireton was perfect - within walking distance of everything we needed! When arranging our stay Laura was so helpful, she suggested places for us to go. While there we were able to set up one of the communal kitchens to have some games and drinks before we headed out! The rooms were perfect - all spotlessly clean! So many of the ladies on the Hen have already said that they want to go back for a night away! Thanks a million to all of the crew who were all so friendly and helpful during our stay!
