Travelers' Choice
Say goodbye to the traditional hotel model! We believe that travellers deserve better than £25 buffet breakfasts, extortionate laundry prices, slow patchy wifi and ‘purple carpeted’ restaurants and bars. At the Flint, we provide beautifully designed rooms and the best beds. Plain and simple.

I booked the flint just on the recommendation of TripAdvisor and I wasn't disappointed, the room were great a comfy bed a full kitchen area and a superb shower a large room. Only downside was the parky flooring but I understand it's a listed building so it had to be kept. The staff were excellent very very helpful. I'll definitely be staying here again.

Asked for an early check in, which Erin said she'd do her best to accommodate, as did the man on reception. Despite their best efforts I was only able to check in at 3pm. Wish I'd come earlier as there was a fair queue at the reception desk. The main lift isn't working and I've been treated to a room on the sixth floor, have yet to find where the service lift is, so took the stairs, and fair to say I'm really not liking this so far

You get a smart, modern hotel room that's also a studio flat right in the heart of the city. They've gone for a clean modern look and feel which really works. Large comfortable bed (not two single mattresses pushed together) and fantastic 'rain' shower in the large bathroom. The kitchenette was spotless and brilliantly equipped with convection/ grill/ microwave, electric hob and dishwasher. You could easily cook full meals if you wanted. Reception were super friendly and accommodating. The room can be made completely dark with heavy blackout curtains which I really appreciated. I slept brilliantly as a result. They use a digital key which you have to download onto your phone. I found this a bit of a faff and was glad to be given a key card to use. If i'm carrying a phone, its not a hardship to carry a card. If i was picky I'd say the room could use one more lamp to light the table but thats a small thing. Overall I highly recommend The Flint as ideal for the business traveller or anyone on a city break.

Even before we arrived the customer service was great, I was having trouble with the online check in so I rang the hotel and Colin helped me sort it out, so thank you again. My mom and I arrived on 12th September and as we were early are bags were looked after while we went around the city. This was our second stay in the Flint, we stayed last September (11th-13th) too. When we got back to the hotel we collected our bags and went to our room (205), which was massive, I love the little touch of a small bottle of milk waiting for us in the fridge. The Flint is in a perfect location for exploring the city, with plenty of restaurants and coffee shops nearby (and of course the two shopping malls) Throughout our stay the staff were nothing but friendly and approachable, we managed to get a late check out too which was very much appreciated. A big thank you to all the staff that were working during our stay (12th-15th September), especially Erin who always had a smile to greet us. I look forward to my next stay and have recommended this hotel to my friends.

I recently booked a stay here for a friends hen party which I organised. I cannot recommend the team enough. I was helped by the lovely Andrew, he was extremely helpful and great at helping me as I am based in London full time he was always free for my calls and extremely responsive to emails. Then once we arrived all the staff were so helpful putting us all in the one area and recommending which room to place the future bride to be for the best experience. The hotel itself is super central, very chic design & had the best nights sleep! No request was too much from ordering taxis and asking for recommendations on good bars/restaurants. If it’s anyone’s first time in the beautiful city of Belfast this is the perfect hotel or even if your coming up for a much needed night out. Thanks again to Andrew & the whole team for making it the best weekend without any hassle or stress!! Will 100% be back!
