We had a weekend break here last month, and apart from some minor issues it went smoothly. Hotel and room was spotlessly clean with ample sanitation stations around the place. The 2 girls on reception were clearly under pressure with all the check ins/outs, but coped very well and remained professional and courteous throughout. The 3 main staff( Sarah, Stephen and Micheal) we had dealings with were very professional, pleasant and helpful. Not as many housekeeping staff around as normal, but those who were carried out their tasks very well. Room power went out at one stage and we had it back on minutes after reporting it. Breakfast has to be pre-booked within a time slot, which may not suit everyone but it seems to work regarding social distancing. It's very clear that there are staff shortages and issues regarding clean linen etc. but considering we are just getting back on our feet with all businesses struggling with staff and resource issues I would still give this hotel full marks.…

Excellent stay & perfect location. Very friendly & helpful staff. Very spacious functional room. Excellent buffet breakfast. What really impressed me was that it’s the only hotel we’ve stayed in over consecutive dates that has cleaned our room daily. It should happen with every hotel now but still isn’t to save costs. Will ask for this service at other chairs from now on if no Hampton is available

Great hotel , perfect position next to bus station and main shopping area. The hotel is well organised , very tidy and shipshape. Staff are so nice, pleasant , polite and friendly, really made us feel welcome on arrival even though we were early. Room was perfect, clean and comfortable, good beds, and enjoyed breakfast.. Will stay again when next in Belfast, it's a lovely hotel ..

Recently stayed for 1 night. Parking adjacent to the hotel who pay towards the cost of it. Upgraded to a family room which tbh was excellent. We were also given complimentary drinks as it was our anniversary Comfortable bed and pillows were OK.....they are never going to be like ur ones at home. All facilities available in room. Good bathroom and great shower.....plenty of towels. Buffet style breakfast. Plenty of choice. Overall the staff were excellent and friendly. Would I stay again...definitely. Pleasingly surprised.....hotel in close proximity to the city centre

Overall staying at the Hampton Hilton made our stay even better, knowing we were going back to a lovely clean room each day was to say the least just lovely. The staff were friendly and I felt very safe in the evenings as security was on the main entrance.

We travelled to Belfast for our daughters 21st. All staff we met from reception, bar staff, waiting staff were all welcoming and friendly and went above and beyond to make our visit one to remember. We were given an upgrade on arrival to a room with a beautiful view and complimentary drinks. Bed very comfortable and great shower. Great choice at breakfast and the scrambled eggs were very tasty. A 5min walk to main shopping area. Our 1st time in Belfast and it really is a beautiful city. We will definitely return to Hampton by Hilton.

Stayed here for business and it was a very good stay. Location is perfect for all you need. Staff are very helpful and you get a free breakfast. Colleagues recomended this hotel and I will certainally be back.

Hotel was a very good stay. Staff are extremely attentive and the location is perfect. It's close to everything you need. Staff went above and beyond expectations to ensure your stay was great and they never let you past the desk without greeting you which is unlike a lot of other hotels. Breakfast is included in this hotel and its delicious. Hotel also has a luggage storage facility for when you check out and we also had an evening meal at the hotel which for a Hampton was not bad at all. Rooms are very comfortable and bed although quite small for Hamptons was very comfortable. Bathroom was reasonably sized and room cleanliness in general was great. Will definitely be returning.
