The hotel is in a fantastic location for walking to the city centre and surrounding areas. The staff for the most part were very friendly and helpful! Unfortunately they are short staffed so rooms were not cleaned each day and checkin was delayed but we were given complementary drinks while we waited! Breakfast was lovely with a good selection. Overall very pleased with the stay

Thank you for the kind comments and recognising that despite our short staffing, we are working hard to ensure our standard of service is still high. Thank you for being so understanding with this and for allowing us the time to ensure everything was up to standard for your stay. We hope on your next visit this is no longer an issue and we can bump that 4* review to a 5* review! All the best for now, Sarah Byrne Front Office Supervisor

Hotel's Favorite
We had a weekend break here last month, and apart from some minor issues it went smoothly. Hotel and room was spotlessly clean with ample sanitation stations around the place. The 2 girls on reception were clearly under pressure with all the check ins/outs, but coped very well and remained professional and courteous throughout. The 3 main staff( Sarah, Stephen and Micheal) we had dealings with were very professional, pleasant and helpful. Not as many housekeeping staff around as normal, but those who were carried out their tasks very well. Room power went out at one stage and we had it back on minutes after reporting it. Breakfast has to be pre-booked within a time slot, which may not suit everyone but it seems to work regarding social distancing. It's very clear that there are staff shortages and issues regarding clean linen etc. but considering we are just getting back on our feet with all businesses struggling with staff and resource issues I would still give this hotel full marks.

Stayed for just of couple of nights mid September. Overall I had a really good experience. The breakfast was really nice, something for everyone, definitely a highlight of the hotel. Beds are little small, but room was pretty nice for Hampton standards. There's a small bar to grab drinks, which is pretty nice and they provided pretty good service. The location is great, close to everything. Can even walk to the Titanic exhibit, probably 35 minute walk. Only odd thing I noticed is they didn't allow food to be ate in lobby, not sure if I have seen that before. Not big deal, just little odd considering the don't serve dinner but do serve drinks. Overall I would stay again, service was friendly, good and it's tough to beat the location.

Thank you for taking the time to review your recent stay. We appreciate the kind comments and delighted that you enjoyed many of our amenities. We do have a bar restaurant at the hotel which serves various bar snack items, such as Burgers, Pizzas and Paninis, which is why we request that food from external companies is not consumed within our public areas. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back again in the future. Kind Regards, Sarah Byrne Front Office Supervisor

Great location ideal for exploring Belfast on foot plus right next to bus and train station if you are going further afield. Staff were all friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, I would of liked to of said spotless but there was a lot of dust on surfaces and skirting boards . Breakfast was good and well stocked it was on a timed basis to try and stop a large amount of people gathering at the same time. The hotel stored our luggage when we had checked out until we were flying home later in the evening.
