Visited for 2 nights. Can’t fault it to be honest. We were very apprehensive after reading the reviews, but we always want to see for ourselves. Luckily we did because the apartment was fine. Clean, spacious and perfect for the two of us. I read a lot of reviews saying that the water was cold. Ours was roasting. You have to press a button to warm it, but every time we went past we just pressed it - but even in the morning when we had only just put the water on, it was still roasting, so no problems there. There’s nothing to moan about from us. You have to pay £100 deposit and we got it back within 3 days of being home, so the reviews saying that waited ages for their deposit back must be with a certain bank. The receptionist did say a bank that takes a while to get the deposit back, but it was the bank that we bank with. An apartment complex close to the titanic museum and only a short walk to the centre. I thought it was perfect and wouldn’t think twice to book again. Ignore the bad reviews.

Extremely rigid service. Rooms with no pictures. Staff who were cool or incompetent. Most annoying thing: three phone calls before visit to try to get me to cancel my booking with Booking.Com in return for an early check-in/late check-out or one days free parking. Also irritated that although the apartment was ready, I had to wait until after 3.00pm to check in, I arrived at around 2.25.

I booked a river view apartment. I was given room 507 overlooking traffic. I showed reception my booking and they were able to change my room to 702 overlooking the river as requested. I didnt get the lady with dark hairs name but she was very friendly and helpful during my stay. I didnt realize the apartment had two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It was too big for me, I was travelling alone. I loved the river view, I could overlook the train line, highway, as well as planes at the city airport. Easy walking distance to all sights. Airport bus to city airport just outside by Albert clock. The hot water boiler system took some getting used to as you have to push the boost button which I was not familiar with. Room has had some rough use from prior guests.

Awful service I booked over 6 months in advance to be told on arrival I've been moved. They said tried to contact me by phone 3 days prior but by number not in service not ture they didn't email either. They said management don't work Saturday not true either as I received a message later that night. The apartment we got was 10 min away with only on street parking out side a bar /club was a lot of damage to the place floor had cigarette burns walls were damaged, there was a hole in the ceiling the sofa bed was broke when you sat on it you sunk into the middle we were also charged the full rate for a lower grade and service and also our more money on taxis and have been told by several people since that it is very common for them to do it. DON'T BOOK HERE

The apartments themselves were fine and plenty of room. The showers were very good. One big disappointment was the fact that I reported to the manager that the TV channels weren’t working and he said he would have a look at it for us. This never happened and we made do without TV for whole weekend. On that basis I wouldn’t return.

Arrived at the property and was disgusted by the smell of smoke. Holes in the walls. dirty linen and bedding. the floors were not clean and kitchen has food stains on the wall. spoke to the receptionist and he offered me another room but it would not accommodate me and my 4 friends. (we would need 2 separate apartments on 2 different floors) my partner has asthma and staying in that room would cause him to have an attack due to the smell of smoke.

Avoid this accommodation at all costs. If you’re after a youth hostel vibe then maybe this place is the one for you, but if you’re actually after a “luxury serviced apartment” then prepare to be bitterly disappointed. Upon check in, we went up to our room on the 7th floor. Initially we were disappointed that we weren’t actually on the Obel tower but the block behind it, but we continued on into the room. The floors were sticky, the whole place smelt like cigarettes, the walls were all marked. It was disgusting. Thankfully after five minutes of being in the room, we’d found alternative accommodation in the city and went down to reception to get a refund which we got. The man on reception was very helpful but unfortunately the room was sub standard. If you’re after a place to party then it might do the trick, but I’d encourage you to find another hotel while you still have time.

Great location , excellent rooms and very clean. Staff were friendly but our view was over the road side but that we could cope with. This is an ideal place to stay for the Titanic or concerts. All within walking distance. 10 minute bus drive away from the airport.

Location is a 10/10. Room702. Positives: Right on the edge of the Catherdral Quater & short walk over bridge to Titanic Quater. Bright spacious flat which is well equipped with small fridge & small box freezer. Supplied with dishwasher items & tab for washing machine. 2 spacious bathrooms. One with bath & one with walk in shower. Negatives: Locks on main door required a knack to get them to work. . The flat itself was clean & tidy although a little TLC to marks & holes in door etc would have made a big difference. The bathroom sink smelled of drains&the shower tray filled with watet ĥ& drained slowly so quick shower needed. The blinds only titled in one room & others were either open or closed fully. There was no curtains which made the rooms very very bright & not ideal for sleeping. We were upgraded to a sea view but in turn for this we looked onto a motorway & found this very noisy when trying to sleep.

My stay in Dream Apartments was and still is like heaven. I am living in here for over half a year, because me and my friends and co-workers have 2 apartments rented for business purposes. the staff is very friendly and supportive. the staff is helping with everything, even the smallest matter. I give 5 stars to housekeeping. Whenever I needed something from them, like changing sheets, cleaning room or even borrowing cleaning tools, they helped me without question and I would add that the housekeeping supervisor is a real Lady and helped me in any matter. I love the reception team . They listen and do their best to solve every issue you have, sometimes may take some time to get the problem fixed (few days), but in the end you will be satisfied. I also like the management team. they are very receptive and if you have any issue, they will do his best to solve it. They even call you to ask if everything is ok. Overall I am very pleased of staying in Dream Apartments and I will recommend it to all my friends to enjoy Belfast by staying in Dream Apartments!!!
